Haven't been here in over a year. Now I remember why. The food at times can be bland. I thought most restaurants have a standard recipe for each dish. ?I wonder if that's the case. New cooks, different recipe. Consistency with the seasoning is key.

There are very limited items for vegetarians or people who do not eat pork. The greens and green beans have pork. Both could be offered with a smoked turkey option, or non meat.Sides are canned, which means high sodium.

Overall, nice lil spot that definitely has a small town country feel. The food is what you would expect from a budget buffet. Not over the top great, but definitely a good value. But understand, this is not the place to go if you're over concerned about healthy foods. Its Southern cou try food. So its heavy food. You go here to get filled up. Staff was very friendly, and the Sweet Iced Tea was perfect. Never waited for a refill.
