It took 30 minutes or more, to receive a ten piece combo. Received the order, the first time, in 15+ min and the full order was wrong... Fries, wings and drink.. all wrong. It took 15+ more minutes to get the correct order. If you don't want your wings dipped in the ranch, don't order the Zesty Ranch, or maybe ask for the Zesty and put the Ranch on the side. All in all, the food was not bad. The service is what ruined the experience.

Hey this a good restaurant this my favorite restaurant on southside and I'm big supporter of black owned businesses that remind me of when I was a kid the mom and pops black owned business in the neighborhood. Keep up the good work frozen rooster praying you all become a multi trillionare company!

Rooster fries and wing combo was great. I definitely recommend everyone to get some. I hear the catfish is really good as well.
Went today earlier this morning with my uncle after cutting lawns for our business, food was season to the T , the two beautiful women at the counter were very nice and respect
