What a time! The Frozen Rooster understood the assignment. Great food. Impeccable service. The cookies and cream milkshake was delicious. It filled my desire for something to drink and something sweet. Two for one. The family special of fish, fries, and wings hit the spot. The sweet chili wings were my favorite. That buffalo catfish and Texas toast was just what I needed too after a great graduation ceremony. This is my second time visiting the Frozen Rooster. I’ll be back again soon.

Greeted upon entering, clean environment, vibe was awesome. My son had Teriyaki whole wings with LP sprinkles with okra. I had Hot LP catfish, loaded fries, and a milkshake! Everything was on point! I do recommend Frozen Rooster!

My HOT LEMON PEPPER Catfish was absolutely delicious with Cajun Ranch Cheese Fries! Then, I had a Signature Strawberry Funnel Cake for Dessert. My hubby had the wings. They were hitting too!!! Customer service was excellent, food was hot, fresh, & tasty!!! We will return.😃

Let me start out with the good. The wait time for food from the truck was minimal and the food was AMAZING!!! However, I'm big on customer service and what we experienced today was AWFUL!!! The person taking orders attitude was all over her face when we walked up and before and order was even taken,but we decided to order anyway,we were hungry,lol. I placed an order for the 6 pc Cajun ranch with fries and a milkshake for 23.50. While I was being rung up, I noticed a 1.50 charge being added and I asked the cashier what it was for. she rudely responded,that there is an extra charge for Cajun ranch flavor and did I want to choose a different flavor? I wanted what I asked for so no I didn't want another flavor,but I just feel like if I'm gonna be charged extra for a flavor on the menu that doesn't state I'm being charged extra for,then the cashier should make people aware of this charge when they order it, and not with an attitude. I have no problem paying for anything stated or written that I CHOOSE to accept charges for. I told her i didn't want another flavor but I did have the right to ask about an extra charge that I wasn't aware of. There were 4 of us in my group ordering and we all separately said the same thing about her attitude and a few other people out there and in the building did too. The only other problem I had was my milkshake was very watery. At first I thought it was because it was made when I ordered and given to me when my food was ready but that wasn't the case. the whole thing was watery. Now I'm sure it doesn't matter and you all may not care but today for sure the four of us said we would not return because of the customer service.

We used the awesome people at Frozen Rooster for our 20th Year Celebration and Annual Alumni Reunion on October 20th at East Lake Park and everything they did was SOOO GOOD!! With a record attendance of 2,000+ we were THRILLED to have the team there. We will continue to use them for events and had absolutely NOTHING negative to say about these folks! THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC! Service awesome!
