Gezzo's West Coast Burritos

I ordered the first time on uber eats. It was a buy one get one free steak n rice bowl . I love Gezzo's over Moe's any day. Fresh and delicious

Monday $3 tacos got me in the door. Kicker it’s only 1 but it was a good taco. The quesadilla was on point. Worth the stop

Came in at the same time a large $150 to-go order did. I was the only person in line in the restaurant. The employee told me that I had to wait. I asked if she was about to make the large order first and she said yes. I was about to leave but didn’t feel like driving around in the McDonough traffic so I came back in. The first employee asked another employee to make my order and she grunted as if she was being inconvenienced from looking at some receipt paper by the register. When I checked my order before leaving, I saw that she tried to cover the burnt quesadilla with the chips. The manager had returned by this time and took steps to rectify the situation, but the remade quesadilla didn’t even have all the ingredients that I had initially requested. *sigh* Will hold off from eating here for several months. Hopefully, a better group of employees will be working here by then.

The California mex flavors add something to the burritos and protein bowls that you dont get at its contemporaries like Moe's or Chipotle.

So I place an order online for curbside, call in when I arrived as it states on the receipt to do. A gentleman answered and said I'll bring my food out in just a couple of minutes. I wait for 15 minutes before walking into the store and asking if my curbside was ready, they pick it up off the shelf as it's been sitting there. One thing I just cannot stand is lazy service. If y'all wanted me to come in and get it you could've said that 15 minutes ago when I called & I could've been on my way.

Delicious food. Got a spicy chicken bowl and it was awesome and filling. Great service was welcomed and thanked when leaving. Great grab and go also for tesla charging.

The service was excellent. This was it first visit. The food tasted fine, but it wasn't as warm as I expected. Again, the food tasted greasy, it was the temperature of the food.

Normally don’t leave reviews but I’m that mad lol the Hispanic lady is extremely rude like extremely rude Everything I asked her she rolled her eyes and acted like I was bothering her. Then when it came to pay she added queso on one of our burritos and we didn’t have it. She argued me up and down and said DO YOU WANT ME TO OPEN THE BURRITO AND SHOW YOU THAT YOU DID. And she was wrong. How is that okay? The other guy was nice but I come here a lot and that’s the first time I had horrible customer service

The food is always amazing! The tofu is actually good here... big deal. However, the great energy of the people here will be what keeps us coming back. Kai is the real MVP. Jonathan is all Sunshine. Love it here!!!!
