I can truly say the worst food I ever got especially for the price I paid for. Never again will eat there. This has to be new management, it was never like this. The wings are smaller than the size of my pinky.

This restaurant was a great place to get wings from under the old management. Now under this new management the whole wings are the smallest wings I’ve ever seen also no refunds. I know that’s the very last time I pay that much for Bat Wings! Eat there @ your own risk! Good Luck

The customer service is horrible since under new management… they tell you lies about the size of the chicken, give you very tiny chicken to get your money then tell you after you receive the food that it’s nothing they can do and your money is non refundable…Do NOT give these ppl your hard earned money!!! This place is real JUNK!!

Do away with Josh. I was just in there and he’s messing up all they orders yelling at the little girl taking orders.. I’ve been sitting in the building seems like 15 minutes my food hasn’t come up yet. Josh told the girl just give the guy the food even though it’s wrong that the customer will be alright. Then he yells “we ain’t got no mo onion”. Probably not good anymore

If you want FOOD POISONING order away! I’m not sure how they prepare their food but I’m sure it’s incorrect! Left my family with a terrible case of food poisoning the day before thanksgiving! Close this hazard down!

I ordered food tonight and when I picked it up the fries and chicken were fried in burnt old grease. I ordered a Philly cheese steak also and it had chicken in it. I told the person when he open the container and he opt to give me $4 back for burnt fries and not my money back for the entire meal, which was 21.11. And not to mention I ordered online and my food was not ready when I arrived. It was ready 40 minutes later. No apologies or nothing for this inconvenience. I will not be back.

I ordered Buffalo wings chicken dinner with ranch dressing through Uber eats, it was supposed to come with fries and Cole slaw, all I received was fried wings and fries, no coleslaw, no Buffalo wings and no ranch dressing. I will NEVER spend my money at this restaurant ever again, when I called the guy at the restaurant had the nerve to ask if I want to fries to the restaurant and pick up my sauces, smh if I was going to do all that I wouldn't have ordered Uber eats, smh

This spot used to have good service about three months ago. Not sure what's changed but it's definitely not the same. Maybe new management. The inside looks different so I'm pretty sure it's not the same owner. The young lady at the register talked on her phone the entire time, the entire 30-35 mins, she wasn't the most pleasant for the front end. Food: Definitely not the same company. My jumbo shrimp were itty bitty. My husband's catfish looks like it was cut in half. Our food was quoted 10-15 mins. We waited 30-35 mins with not many orders up to wait and no one in the restaurant waiting. We will not be back. Sad part is this place is only 5 mins from my home.
