This is probably the worst one that I have been to the place are sloppy food is bland. The rice has no taste literally gravy dripping all out of the plate. I absolutely should have read the reviews and I definitely won’t be back.

Flavors was NOT good at all. Rice, chicken both tasted the same bland. No salt or anything. Very disappointed! Won’t be eating here again.

IF YOU WENT TO THIS STORE TO BUY FOOD, DO NOT USE A CARD. I WENT THERE TO GET FOOD AND THEY HAD A FAKE CARD SCANNER ON THEIR CARD TRANSACTION PAD THEY GOT ALL MY CARD INFORMATION. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. IF YOU BEEN HERE PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK INFORMATION.T WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME THERE.

This is my 2nd time coming here. The first time it was all men and they were very pleasant, I left a $50 tip. Due to good service the first time I decided to go back. I went on today and it was a very rude Jamaican female working inside. I won’t be back again. Customer Service was terrible . The crew that was working today had no professionalism or skills.

I ordered oxtail and got only 3 small pieces and rice for $25 it’s robbery……!

Golden Krust has the potential to be a go-to spot for Caribbean cuisine, but unfortunately, it falls short when it comes to authenticity. The food doesn’t capture that true, bold flavor of homemade Jamaican dishes—it feels watered down and lacks the richness and spice that you’d expect.

The patties, which should be a highlight, are often disappointing. Instead of being perfectly flaky, they’re usually too soft and soggy, which takes away from the texture that makes a Jamaican patty so special. It feels like they’re sacrificing quality for convenience, and it shows.

Overall, while it’s a convenient option for a quick meal, it just doesn’t deliver on the authentic, home-cooked flavors you’d hope for. There’s potential here, but they need to step up on quality and authenticity to really stand out.

The female employees that I encounter here are the worst. They have no customer service skills. I am surprised that they are affiliated with Golden Krust because Golden Krust usually provides exemplary services. The food is edible but nothing extraordinary.

Asked for a jerk chicken patty. Got home and it was beef. 🤦🏽‍♀️ went right in the trash. Don’t like the beef ones.

Went here for a large oxtail meal and paid $30+ for the most fatty rubbery oxtail ever. There was literally no edible meat on the bones. I'm not sure what happened with them this time, because usually the oxtail are good. I will never order from them again after spending that much money for food I couldn't even enjoy. I don't have money to waste!!!

Did a doordash pickup and out of all the golden krust I've been too i ordered a large oxtail and the portion was way off on a pickup order then if I walked in. Don't order pickup just go so you can be there. Service was ok

Personally tired of every time I go into a Jamaican or Caribbean spot here in the Atlanta region, the custom service is trash, the workers are rude, and there is zero communication. The fact that you all think you can continue to run a business this way is pure ignorance. I love Jamaican and Caribbean food and the have the most love for its people considering my whole family is a mixture of beautiful Puerto Rican African Jamaican Mexican and Dominican ancestors. But the trash energy I get from the owners and workers whenever I go into your establishments is honestly disgusting. Do better. I’m from NY and saw Golden crust here in McDonough GA . And didn’t even buy there food. Said hello they didn’t even greet me or my husband but the next customer to come in they got out their seat. That’s ok stay in your seat and don’t make money then . God don’t like ugly.

I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming here. I’m a truck driver and travel a lot so I’ve experienced a lot of different Jamaican food.

The food was not bad at all. It just wasn’t great. Didn’t really have any flavor, but it wasn’t bland. Rice was cook cooked. Cabbage was cooked. Jerk Chicken was a little dry.

Good portion the atmosphere in the employees didn’t bother me much but they weren’t friendly either
