I should have known when my Caribbean blood grandson spit out the rice when I served the first spoonful that this was going to be a disappointment and it was. The rice was flavorless And undercooked as was the cabbage the plantains were the best thing on the plate and the jerk chicken was just OK. Keep searching for a better Caribbean restaurant in the area but definitely won’t be wasting $50 the next time on this place.In regards to your response it is clear why you have the setup that you do… I have a diverse cultural family background and thus yes I will refer to it when dining at specific restaurants… I dine out regularly and if I have a bad experience well that is what reviews are for… if I have a great experience I share verbally with pictures on social media as well… maybe if you spent and equal amount of time cooking as you do researching those who comment your food would be better… and since you think it’s so good sending my friend the food critic and let’s see how they rate you!!!! Just looked at your other reviews ???? and it appears others have had the same experience with your food and your response to their reviews… that speaks volumes about your establishment!

My wife and I heard good things about this place, which is nowhere from our home. What we heard was extremely right. The food was amazing. I have not had authentic jerk chicken very often, especially in Atlanta, but they got it right for sure. You can tell they grilled it perfect and well seasoned as well. The sauce that comes on the side was great as well, nice sweet and kick to it. My wife had the brown stew chicken which was cooked to perfection, meat was very tender and tasted amazing. Rice and peas was fresh and tasted how it’s supposed and not like other places where it is clumped together and dry. Service was great as well. My wife originally ordered Ackee and Saltfish but they no longer had any left so we were accommodated and given our choice of what we wanted. To top all of this off the food was served piping hot and fresh and this was at 8 pm. We will definitely be back regularly, I highly recommend this place. SORRY I DIDNT TAKE PICS BUT THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD I DIDNT WANT TO STOP EATING

was not a fan. took a long time food was not even as hot as it should’ve been especially for the wait. and sounded like it was microwaved. and then all you taste is bones more bones then meat. and the sauce wasn’t that great for the brown stew and jerk chicken.

I always ride by this place so I decided to stop and try it out it was about first Carribean place I ever been in where you don’t smell no food cooking at 12:15 that should of been a sign not sure if that would of made a difference but the food I ordered wasn’t good at all I order a curry goat plate for starter for the small of a portion of food and for $26 was ridiculous but I went with it anyway I got a jerk chicken patty while I waited which wasn’t half bad I could literally hear a microwave opening and closing sign two but I went with it anyway I figured small business still trying to get there feet wet maybe idk but it’s a no for me goat overcooked it was soft and mushy the gravy and the meat had no flavor at all and the rice was mushy and had that mushy instant rice texture the gravy was a I don’t know if I came at a bad time or what but I won’t be going there again for sure I can say the cabbage was good and the patty but other than that it was a waste of money I normally go to the Caribbean spot in conyers on 138 ( Island Vibes )goat large goat plates are like $12-15 and they give you plenty of wood and they are always cooking every time I go in there sorry about the bad review but you gotta do better if your charging people 25-30 dollars a plate

Yeah Man, we found this Gem coming back from a Cigar run. Great food. We had the Jerk Chicken dinner and a jerk chicken Pie. We will be back.

Been a regular for a while and this was my first time since new management. Highly disappointed to say the least.I got your response to my review and all I can say is if you look at the star ratings it says the music,flag and all of the optics were great. It was the food. Very little for the price and wasn't good at all. All of that to say your attention to detail is non existent concerning the food AND the reviews. Hoping you'll do better.
