I came to pick up my order, which was scheduled to be ready at 8:10 PM. When I arrived, the bartender, Irene, ignored me for several minutes before finally acknowledging me. After checking on my order, she told me it wasn’t ready. I asked how much longer, and she just said, “They didn’t say,” with no follow-up or effort to help. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so there was no excuse for the delay or the dismissive attitude. I spoke to a manager before leaving, and unfortunately, he clearly couldn’t care less either. No apology, no concern just more indifference.
People value their time and money, and there are plenty of other places that offer better service and actually appreciate their customers. I won’t be back.

My original order was a bit too salty but they replaced my meal with something much better! Irene was such a sweet waitress and made my first time experience at Haciendas went well. The food was delicious and my margarita.

I come here at least once every 2 months. I tried to take photos but the food is always worth the wait. Everyone notice you and ask are you OK and how was the food. The atmosphere is amazing, colors are vibrant and a cool family feel.

Scam, used the POS machine to pay the bill. Pressed no tip cause the gratuity becomes the tip. When she raised the machine, she pressed tip % & the price change. I asked for a paper receipt. She gave me my change & never came back.... no paper receipt
