The only positive is that our order was eventually gotten, and was correct. The resturant was dirty and the team member were rude, not even a little professional. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the dining area. Yet the 4-5 staff members behind the counter talked among each other, walking around and arguing about who had to take our order for about 5 minutes. We should have left at this point. Once someone started taking our order, we had to repeat it at least 5 times (2 number 1 combos and 2 number 5 combos, all with shakes, no special instructions). I'm not sure exactly what was going on, but eventually we were given our total. Another team member walked up(I think the manager) ran my card, spun the reader around, said rudely "you'll have to enter your pin" and walked off. The team members then proceeded to argue, at the counter, about who had to make our shakes. One of them told us to "go sit down because we have to make these shakes". While we waited, one team member loudly called another a N****, another customer came in and announced that he was there for his free food (which they promptly got for him), and they picked up a spilled order of chicken strips and bagged it for a kids meal in the drive through. After about 15 minutes of waiting in the otherwise empty dinning room, one of the team members asked "are you still waiting for your food?" After about 20 minutes, we did receive our order, and as I mentioned, it was correct. It was by far the worst experience I have had at a food establishment.

Corporate has obviously forgotten about this place. I ordered three chicken strips because they were out of buns, among several other items. I was told to pull forward and sat there for 20 minutes before finally going in only to find out they hadn't even made my order. This place is understaffed and it shows. Do better, Hardee's. Your awful wages are preventing your business from thriving.

The place was dirty, the staff was actually arguing about making our sandwiches! They said they didn't know how to make one of them! The soda machines were not working. When we got the sandwiches, one was thrown together, and the other was dry. We ended up throwing them away.

Horrible experience big guy at window was just nasty rude and looked as if he hated his job. I was beyond polite and he was jut rude bitter and nasty didn't even have clean hands.. dropped the straw that he was tryna Hand to me then rolled his eyes. Food took about 25 minutes to be handed to me point is be better just to each other it takes business a long way

The last 2 times I got biscuits and gravy the gravy was literally white water with little chunks of sausage. Zero flavor, the consistency of water. Waste of money.

Ordered the superstar with cheese and medium fries. She rung up $8.60 said it was wrong sandwich, so I had to pay $1 more, cash. Check my bank statement and was charged for correct burger after all. I wonder how many people get scammed like this? ?

this is by far the worst service I ever had, the cashier was zoned out the whole time like she was on autopilot,the kitchen staff was slow and did not know how to make food especially the gravy, it took 3 times to make the gravy and still not thick, the manager could not get the staff inline to do there jobs, no one wearing hair nets in the back, there food health score of a 91 should be lower for these violations, it's sad no one takes pride in there job not wants to do it right if that's the case then they need to quit and reflect on there life choices.

I ordered the $5.99 double cheese burger meal.I asked her to make it large.I knew the burger wouldn’t get larger but I figured the fries & drink would.I’ve cut my beef intake by 75% so I haven’t had any beef this year.So I was really looking forward to this burger.It was the size of my palm.Which in a good way was ok.Then the small fries I thought I ask for large upsize.She was nice enough to give me another small fry.But the fries were good but the burger was not.It tastes like it didn’t have enough seasoning on it. No lettuce a half tomato & 2 big raw onion rings.
