I just left your drive thru. The manager Tasha was rude and unfriendly. I was the only person in drive thru and her entire greeting started off rushed. rude and annoyed that anyone even showed up at tge restaurant. Once I placed my order she didn't even allow me to ask for condiments. She slammed the window closed.. When I asked if she was the manager she replied " yes, my name is Tasha and what's the problem?" This is about the COVINGTON GEORGIA Hardee’s on Hwy 278.
Their service stinks!!!! Had to be at work across the street in 12 minutes from Hwy 278 Hardee’s. My order (3 items) were not ready in FOURTEEN MINUTES! I asked to pick up my order after work (8:30 @ night same day) and went back and was told “there was nothing they can do”
I’m going there every day to disrupt their business until I get my food or the District management calls me.
