The food is great but the tall female that bags up the food for drive through always bags up the wrong biscuits. No matter what kind is ordered, she picks up the wrong one. I’m surprised everyone isn’t complaining about this. It’s a daily mistake if she’s working.

Worse attitude ever!!!! The big bone lady with no nails was so rude. Then she messed up my entire order. I called the restaurant 5 times and couldn’t get an answer. This is not how I wanted to start my new year morning. I hope corporate see this message and change their staff at least the one serving customers in the window. Oh and she handled the food and money which is disappointing. The lady handling the customers inside had gloves on but she was touching money and food too with the SAME gloves on smh. I hate I saw this I will no longer return. Oh and they take their time ordering (you would thing the order would be right).

This restaurant is disgusting could not see through drive-through window due to handprints, Completely messed my order up to the point I could not eat it. When you’re all allergic to things and you request it not to be on your food and then it’s on your food it ruins your whole meal. No one go to this restaurant. You will regret it. There are roaches inside..

I don’t even know where to start. You can tell why it’s a zombie land. The location already looks condemned, but my last memory (a decade and a half ago) was positive until I came today. I was the only customer there, and by the end of my visit, I shouldn’t have been the one. The manager there is just horrid. My food was made quickly but it was all horrible. I had a terrible day so I tried to enjoy the empty lobby but was passive aggressively kicked out by the manager because they “had to clean” an already clean lobby. They can’t get customers into the lobby. They just kept wiping the same ole tables that I already watched them clean once. It was inexcusable, he just didn’t want anyone in the lobby. Why close a lobby at 4:30pm? He would talk to his associates about people in the lobby, and it was only me. I got tired of being indirectly told to leave while trying to enjoy something inedible and didn’t even have the class to do that. Made a sad day all the more sad. Hardee’s used to be good but, this location doesn’t need to stay open. Please build something new over and only give the people that deserves a job, a new one. Will be getting a full refund.

I went today for the 1st time in years because I've been craving biscuit n Gravy. Needless to say it was disgusting. The service wasn't the best either. People who work there just don't care and you can see it clearly. They just need to close down. How can a biscuit n Gravy be so nasty? It was kind blowing, plus it was cold. Ask for my hashbrowns well done and they were soft and cold. I hate spending money on terrible food and service!

The customer service is not good. It took them quite a bit to even decide to recognize we were there.
Just don't do it! I was missing items from my order. I had to go back 2x to complete the order. The workers acted like they were inconvenienced. Sprite was just carbonated water. As I am ordering, a person in need walks up to my car to ask for money. I added her food to my order....At least they got her order right. It just should not be this difficult.

Came over here to get chicken tenders.. the time is now 11:05am they lunch is advertised starting at 1030am came threw the drive thru at 1047am they didn’t even want to tell me what time lunch started after asking multiple of times for the lunch time she replies and say it starts at 11am here it is 1107am and they still saying lunch haven’t started and Hardee’s time is different from street time ? I’m really pissed
