They asked me for my service dogs paperwork to prove she's a service dog. That's illegal. Never going to Hardee's again. Not to mention we were the only ones in the whole store. Only customers and they chased me out over my service dog.
Edit: And update so people know, Hardee's had me fill in a report online and I never spoke to an actual person or even got a response. Great customer service.

Pulled around to order and no one said anything on the intercom. Pulled up to the window after screaming hello into the intercom for 5 minutes. Girl with 4.99 Walmart eyelashes told me I could not place my order at the window I have to get back in the line and that she addressed me at the window 3 times… neither my passenger or myself heard anything…. I am pulling a trailer And If you want to know why so many Hardie’s are going out of business…this right here.

No toilet paper in mens room and dead roach by entry door. I told someone behind he counter then came back 5 minutes later to look for my wife's lost ear ring and roach was still there.
Fish sandwich was nasty but staff is nice and friendly
