I asked for my burger cut in 1/2. Was told they don't have knives in the building. The other Hardees do it. This is the only 1 to say no. And they were no busy that day.

Ordered my son some food today. On the speaker I clearly said a number 8, a number 8 on the outside menu says, it’s a hot ham and cheese. Got all the way home, looked at the receipt just to find out that she rung me up for the chicken BLT, sandwich. She did not say my order back to me on the intercom, nor at the window. She was too busy chit chatting with other employees. It is my fault for not checking before leaving. However, it would be nice for employees to read back my order before telling me just a total like every normal restaurant does.

I made my order through the app and picked it up at the drive through window. The customer service did not exist. No good morning no smiles. My bag was stapled shut, I opened it to check my order and It was missing a sandwich. I went back to the window. No “my bad” or “ sorry about that”, just we don’t have any sourdough bread. I said fine I will have it on a biscuit. I received my sandwich and we pulled off. No way were they are going to mess this up again, right!! Wrong, there was no egg on the sandwich. I paid for that egg! I am done at this point. I put in a complaint online only to discover afterwards that the other sandwich I purchased had regular bacon and not the candied bacon which cost more!! The mistakes I could have overlooked but the customer service was just awful! I spent my hard earned money and didn’t even get a thank you. I see why Chik fila does so well it’s not just the food the service is top tier and that’s who will get my money from now on. I will not be going back to this Hardee’s location.

Ordered online and then drove up there for them to say they couldn’t fulfill my order because they had no tenders did i want anything else. No i want what I ordered so give me my money back. They said I had to do it through the app. Received an email from Guest Relations today issuing me a credit to my hardees account. Absolutely not! I’m not dining with you all no more so a credit will not do. I want my money back to my original form of payment or I will be pursuing legal action again the entire Hardee’s chain. If you can’t fulfill my order I expect my money back the same way I gave it to you. Which was not a credit. Poor customer service and because of that I will never patronize this organization again and I will be leaving several reviews until my money is rightfully returned to my bank account.
