The front register clerk was EXTREMELY RUDE and NASTY. I placed an order over the phone for the lunch special, which ends at 3 PM. I informed the clerk that I would not be able to arrive before 3 PM. As expected, I was late picking up my order after the lunch special had ended. I apologized to the clerk and explained that I was stuck in traffic. She responded, “I don’t care,” and continued to speak to me aggressively, as if I were a child. I left without taking the food because I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I refuse to give my money to a business that allows such NASTY customer service. I sincerely hope you can do better in selecting and training your front-end staff

The front register person needs better customer service training. As my family was ordering I sensed an attitude towards us. After ordering and receiving our food, I asked for extra soy sauce, in which she completely showed us the attitude and disdain towards us. KEEP IT!

Late night last minute pick up and everything was as fresh as if I ordered early. They didn’t complain that it was 20 minutes before closing they treated me as if they had just opened. They just made sure I could get there before closing and made my food fresh. It was very good and well worth the price.

First and last time at this restaurant. I ordered lunch special shrimp lo mein and get home to see half my order looks like it was eaten! I called to rectify, and the lady tells me she saw it before they bagged it and this is the way they do lunch special. So just a heads up, lunch special means you get a quarter of an order of the main meat or meal, and half of rice... Smh
