Stopped in on our way home from a trip. This place was busy for a Wednesday night. The lo mein dishes were delicious. Eggrolls were a little overcooked still good. Overall impressed.

The front register clerk was EXTREMELY RUDE and NASTY. I placed an order over the phone for the lunch special, which ends at 3 PM. I informed the clerk that I would not be able to arrive before 3 PM. As expected, I was late picking up my order after the lunch special had ended. I apologized to the clerk and explained that I was stuck in traffic. She responded, “I don’t care,” and continued to speak to me aggressively, as if I were a child. I left without taking the food because I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I refuse to give my money to a business that allows such NASTY customer service. I sincerely hope you can do better in selecting and training your front-end staff

The front register person needs better customer service training. As my family was ordering I sensed an attitude towards us. After ordering and receiving our food, I asked for extra soy sauce, in which she completely showed us the attitude and disdain towards us. KEEP IT!

The food was amazing. Don’t get the scallops though. Customer service was great! This is the best Chinese food I’ve had since I left New Hampshire. Also not crazy about the hot and sour soup.👍🏾
