So this really isn’t a sit down restaurant but as a Chinese takeout spot, they are great!! My family makes it a point to have this takeout every Friday as a treat to end the week. Great food with great service. A+

This food was so good! It was fresh and hot and the staff was so nice. It has taken me a while to find a good Chinese restaurant in McDonough but now I have my go to place. If you are hesitant, don’t be! I’ll be going back very soon.

Parking: I’ve been visiting Hong Kong Cafe for years and I’ve never been disappointed. I always get a hot and fresh meal, whether is lunch or dinner. Service has also been spot on.

I’ve been coming here for years and I have noticed a slow decline in the taste and quality of the food. Also the prices have gone up significantly. I say I won’t return but I find myself going back when I have a taste for Chinese food. I just have not found another Chinese restaurant to replace them. ? The lady who works there (and I believe owns) the restaurant is always friendly. The husband is the better cook. I haven’t seen him in awhile. Maybe he’s stuck in the back cooking? In the past the times I did see him there the food was always good.Parking: Parking is in a plaza and shared by other businesses. The parking lot is large and there’s no difficulty in finding parking.

This place is God awful and needs to be investigated for fraud. Any "chicken" that is fried (general tso, sesame, etc) is unidentifiable on the inside. It's not chicken. Hiring a lawyer to look into this. It's no surprise they have a very low health score. I would not feed this food to worst enemy, do not eat here.

We waited 1 hour for Shrimp roll ( did not get that, no shrimp, got a vegg egg roll) egg fu young, moo shu w/ shrimp, and soup. We asked why and the owner became hostile. Telling up that it takes time to cook what we ordered. Fyi moo shu is thin chopped cabbage?

Wow! Been wanting to try this place. Let’s just say I’ll never be back again. Wonton soup ? tasted like water and the Mongolian chicken was overly salted that my wife literally threw it out. My General TSO chicken was just a big mush, not crunchy at all. What a waste…. Save your time and money.
We are just passing through, but if I lived here, this would be my Chinese place. Food was fresh and fast on a Saturday night. The menu has everyone's favorites, the prices are fair, and the crab Rangoon were extra yummy.
Pretty solid for a takeout place. Sauces are really good. Egg rolls have gotten small though and portion sizes are smaller, but this is the norm everywhere, unfortunately. Will return.

Do not eat here. I just ordered a Lo Mein and when I got to the bottom of the container I noticed a bug. The service quality is horrible and the cleanliness and quality of their service and food is even more horrific please please please do not eat here..

I love this restaurant! Been coming here for many years. All food is cooked fresh, and is uniformly delicious. Never had a bad meal. Friendly service. Highly recommended. Note: Some recent bad reviews are from a single disgruntled customer who was confused about portion size of lunch special vs. dinner special. Lunch special is lower cost and smaller portions. Customer got full refund but enlisted friends & family to submit bad reviews.

I've been to many Asian restaurants, but for some apparent reason, this one was the worst by far. Overpriced is an understatement, plus, I asked for a top to go on my drink and the person behind the counter had the nerve to tell me to get the one off the table. If there were a stack of lids, I possibly would've gotten it, but there was only one and it was dirty. I told the lady I'm not using that tip. She literally grabbed one from behind the counter and left (whatever was on her hands) liquids around and on the inside of the lid....smh...and how do you charge $30 for 2 people with such little trays. Things need to be re-thunk when it comes to their prices and their sanitary outlook...Plus, clean the door or change it because it's nasty as well...
