Went here with some guys from work as our Wednesday "family night". First time was fantastic even though it was late and empty, waitress was fantastic, very friendly and attentive.Went again recently, different waitress. She was not nearly as attentive as the other, nice when she was around but spent most of her time entertaining a guy sitting at the bar by himself. Took a good while to get checks, and no offer of to-go drinks.Won't name anyone because I don't want them in trouble. Just hope to see things improve next time.

Bartender Cami made me feel like a local right off the bat. Kitchen staff got the food out correctly and in a good time. The restaurant could use a better maintenance program. ( none of the hooters look like they have been refurbished in decades) this one was better than some but curb appeal was lacking.

Delicious food, good service. They deserve a great review. We’ve eaten here three times in the past year and are never disappointed with the food. Went for a birthday dinner last night and the staff was very attentive, singing happy birthday. We will be coming back.
This restaurant is not very big so there was a wait to be seated. The staff was not very friendly and it took a loooong time to get food. The food quality was okay, but we spent near $100 for 5 small dinners and 2 drinks, not good value, sadly, we won’t be returning.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hooters! 15 minutes to finally get served. My gf ordered the buffalo shrimp and I order a sampler (also comes with buffalo shrimp). 20 minutes later we inquired about our food status and she replied “the other tables are waiting also”! 10 minutes later she brought out my gf’s shrimp. Cold and drowned in sauce. Old shrimp and barely edible. 11 minutes later, after several questions about the status of my food, it arrived. During this time we noticed the cook violating health regulations. His hair uncovered and clearly close to the food! I asked for a manager and Melinda came to speak with us.She admitted the cook should have been wearing a hat (he later put one on). She was helpful, personally recooked my gf’s buffalo shrimp. I’ve attached photos of all of it. As we were waiting for our check, the cook made direct eye contact with my Gf and mouthed “F___ You”!This place needs serious management and staff training, repairs, and a visit by the health department!

We came in, took 10 min before someone came to take our drink order, then another 10 min to bring them. Place was not busy at all. Never came back to take our food order. We were there 35 to 40 min and nothing. So we left. Our waitress was too busy at the bar talking or standing there talking to a guy in the kitchen. Hated going here. Had to pay for the drinks which we shouldn't have had to pay for. Service here was definitely horrible
The service at the bar was very terrible. The Jack Daniel shots that we had that were suppose to be on happy hour we were charged full price for, the bartender said she was unaware that it was a happy hour item. The food was excellent shout out to the kitchen and Kayla who wasn’t the server at the bar. I will never go back again.

We frequent this Hooters often, but this time I felt like I was "in the club", and not in a restaurant. The kitchen music was blaring so loud, where we couldn't even talk to each other. The Food was good, waitress was friendly & attentive as usual. But we just couldn't have a relaxing meal.Also, for Gawd sakes, either get new chairs or fix your old ones. Seems like every chair I've ever sat in here is wobbly, one wasn't even connected at the bottom. I just know I'm going down one day. Alcohol and wobbly chairs don't mix. ?

Can understand the lower reviews here.Dropped by after work with a friend of mine, got promptly seated by a very attentive and nice waitress.Took a little bit, 5-10 minutes for our waitress to introduce herself. We ordered two waters, a modelo and margarita respectively.About 5 more minutes later was informed there wasn't any modelo.At that point we put in our order, starting off with the loaded tots.. and also gave our meal orders.Well, we got our appetizer with our entree.. ?♂️Our appetizer sat under the heat lamp for a good bit, the tots crumbled apart every time we tried to get some with our forks.I also asked for ranch with my meal that I never got.. I was also charged .99 for extra ranch.At this point, it's not worth talking about.. tired from a 13 hour day at work.Not the best Hooters experience I've had and won't be going back to this one.

Food was ok, fries came out before our wings which resulted in them being cold. They probably would have have been hot even if they were cooked before the wings if they hadn’t set in the window to wait for our waitress to pick them up. Speaking of our waitress, well I had to get up multiple times to get refills, silverware, etc. we were her only table so it wasn’t cause she was busy. She was actually talking and messing around vs paying attention to her only customers. That’s ok I still tipped well although not deserved. I did leave a note on a napkin so hopefully she got the point.
