Been awhile, the new menu was really good. We were in and out quickly. The staff friendly and helpful.
Please tell me if this makes sense. I can't walk in and place a To-go order because the kitchen is backed up but I can place a Grub Hub order. This is not customer service. Went to another location in Union City to dine in and was told they have no clue how long the wait is. IHOP this is quite disappointing to say the least.
