I get the girl pregnant and she wasn’t rude but it’s like yall hired her without training I paid for my sandwich but don’t even want it , my sandwich is sloppy barely lettuce , like I said she wasn’t rude but bein that she pregnant it makes u not want to complain about things she should already know

I've been eating Jersey mike for over a decade. I went to this location I ordered a turkey and Swiss sub the sandwich was empty missing meat I told the guy making the sandwich it's not enough meat it's empty on the corner he proceed to tell me it's the right amount while I watch them pile meat on other orders. Your prices are steady climbing while portions are getting smaller that's not okay. I literally seen the other guy who was working take the butt of the meat and tossed It in the trash. This location is the only one I've been to that does this. As I talked to him about my concerns he could care less I won't be back. .

The food is good and the customer service is horrible. Brandon and Ashley need customer service training. They are both unprofessional and will destroy this location ‘s business. I received a call from a female manager at the Griffin store because apparently the same person owns both stores. She was just as ignorant and unprofessional as the other two employees. I asked her to have the owner contact me and she left me on hold and didn't come back to the phone. The Hudson Bridge and Tara Blvd locations are so much better and both give quality customer service.

The atmosphere and establishment is amazing. From start to finish. They greet you when you walk in the door. The staff is very friendly and gets everything correct plus any additional information or questions is always accompanied. I highly recommend this location. 1000 out of 10.

I’ve only eaten at Jersey Mikes a few times. Today the sandwich was prepared very well. I enjoyed my food . The 1 star is due to an employee who had the worst energy and a terrible attitude to pair with it.
To mgmt, I went on 7/7 @ 4pm . The lady had red hair . She needs to go train at Chic-Fil-a for a week. She will kill this new establishment of yours. She is a diabolical energy destroyer.

Worst Jersey Mike's in the city!!
Entered the building with both employees sitting in the dining room. One employee proceeded to start my order but when another customer entered after me, another employee took their order and begin to prep both others favoring the other customers sub over mine. I was only notified that they did not have pickles after my sub was fully topped. I typed in my number for points and there was no reference to what my points were and what I could possibly used. I would consider this worst Jersey Mike's experience I've ever had.

Don’t waste your time, there’s a Subway and Firehouse Sub within walking distance. Staff was rude, food was way overpriced (not the staff’s fault at all) but just a fair warning! Just overall unorganized and not worth it.
