I placed an online order and, unfortunately, the sandwich I received was very poorly made. There was barely any meat or lettuce, an excessive amount of pickles, jalapeños, and banana peppers, and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. Overall, it was extremely sloppy and not up to Jersey Mike’s usual standards.
I brought the sandwich back to the store right away and asked if it could be remade. I was told they could not remake it because there was no manager on duty and that I would need to return the next day. Since that would require an additional trip out of my way, I asked if a refund was possible. I was told no, again due to the lack of management.
I then asked for the manager’s name and a corporate contact number, but neither was provided. I was also told that if I returned the next day, I would likely be told the same thing.
I don’t understand why the sandwich couldn’t simply be remade when I brought the original back to the store. The lack of resolution and unwillingness to help made this a very frustrating experience. Customer service in this situation was disappointing, and I hope this location improves how they handle issues when management is not present.

I order a $20 sub and once my order was ready I decide I wanted lettuce and tomato the young lady said she could add it on the side, no problem she gets to the register told me next time I have to tell them beforehand, ok I said if it's a problem I don't want it then detected an attitude. I'm not sure if I'll be back to that location.

I am a die-hard Jersey Mikes fan. I’ve eatten at many locations in metro Atlanta area and across the nation. This is my 2nd time at this specific location. Today, the sandwich was absolutely spectacular! I had the regular Club on rosemary and that sandwich was THICK with turkey and ham. Never have I ever had a sandwich that was stacked so thick with meat. I normally can finish a regular sub without difficulty but I was full after eating just 1/2 of a regular which is unheard of!!! With shrinkflation happening all over the place and increase in prices, Im pleasantly surprised by my sandwich today. Today’s experience, at this particular location, keeps me a Jersey Mike’s fan life-long. Way to go!

This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike's. I was bombarded by the staff about what I wanted to order. I explained that I wasn't sure because I just walked in. Once I received the sandwich it was already sealed so I asked to make sure I received all the toppings I ordered and was told I guess so. I ended up having to open the sandwich before leaving. The sandwich was good though.

It seems like every Jersey Mike's I go to doesn't matter which location the people are friendly attentive accommodating and efficient. Plus they haveone of the most authentic Italian subs in the south!

The customer service is horrible. When I entered the establishment, I was not greeted at all and stood there for over 4 minutes before a guy came out the back , shook his head and said “what you ordering?” I ordered my food and when I asked if I could get more banana peppers on it, he responded by saying “what?!”. The girl who took the sandwich was nice. She rang everything up and told me the amount. I asked another person who was behind the counter working what is the name of the manager and her response was “we don’t have no manager here“. I walked out. Although I was on my lunch break and had already wasted about 20 minutes, I left the food and the bad customer service there. I’d rather drive an additional 20 minutes to Jonesboro Road then come back to this location.

Disgusting! I ordered this sandwich today at the store on Hwy 20 in McDonough,Ga. Inside the wrapper I see something, It doesn’t look like any of the ingredients of the sandwich I ordered. Looks like a mouse dropping to me. How does this happen?

Not sure what the issue is with this jersey mikes but I normally don’t leave reviews and this time I had to . Service horrible , food was made so sloppy it’s ridiculous and about 5 people behind the register doing nothing . Service was awful and I will not be returning .
