I had a wonderful experience with manager Shameka and her team. My food was made fresh and to my liking. l really want to point out the Excellent customer service by Shameka and her team. I was greeted when l came in the door, there was no waiting, Shameka give me her undividend attention and made my sandwich to perfection another satisfied customer. Shemika l will be back again and again. I highlighted the customer service basically because it's non existent in most places. Great job and well done!!!!

This was the worst experience I have every had at a Jersey Mike's. They did not change out gloves between sandwiches, did not clean knife or cutting bored. My fiance ordered a philly with lettuce tomatoes and mayo it came out with only Mayo . When I took it to the counter to let them know the lady behind the register asked me if I told them that and had an attitude when I said yes and the lady that took our order confirmed she wrote it down. The lady behind the counter then smashed lettuce tomatoes and mayo in a salad container and slammed it on the counter. The customer service is unacceptable and needs to be taken care of.

I stopped in for a Roast Beef sandwich & I wasn’t disappointed at all. Publix deli is the only place I enjoy roast beef & Jersey Mikes was better. I definitely appreciated how clean the establishment was & the young lady by the name of E’Mani was so helpful in helping me put my sub together she was polite as well as kind. My elderly Mother was with me and she needs patience because she struggles with her words & can be a challenge at ordering food. Anyways we will definitely be back thank you for doing such a wonderful job in hiring people who love what they do.

So I came at Jersey mikes at 8:50 something ish and they close at 9 and I thought with fast food you suppose to close exactly at 9:00 or whatever time they are close so I came in one girl told me that they were close in a rude way why there was these other two ladies that was nice to me and let me come in and one lady that put the meat on my sandwich she was nice to my daughter and then there was another girl tall ash that was putting the other stuff on there like my mayo pickles lettuce tomatoes and etc and she was nice her and the other lady hade both apologized for how the girl was acting because I don’t play those type of game especially not in fast food but at least the food was good

I watched this location go downhill bad over the last couple of years and I didn’t understand why. The hard working people deserve better and I will change my rating if you continue to operate as a professional business.

As a over the road trucker I travel all over the USA,,I love Jersey Mike's chicken Philly but this location has worst chicken Philly I've had at a Jersey Mike's, It was the taste!! Something off about it, I'd just wait till I get back to Memphis to get another.
