The customer service is horrible. When I entered the establishment, I was not greeted at all and stood there for over 4 minutes before a guy came out the back , shook his head and said “what you ordering?” I ordered my food and when I asked if I could get more banana peppers on it, he responded by saying “what?!”. The girl who took the sandwich was nice. She rang everything up and told me the amount. I asked another person who was behind the counter working what is the name of the manager and her response was “we don’t have no manager here“. I walked out. Although I was on my lunch break and had already wasted about 20 minutes, I left the food and the bad customer service there. I’d rather drive an additional 20 minutes to Jonesboro Road then come back to this location.

Disgusting! I ordered this sandwich today at the store on Hwy 20 in McDonough,Ga. Inside the wrapper I see something, It doesn’t look like any of the ingredients of the sandwich I ordered. Looks like a mouse dropping to me. How does this happen?

Not sure what the issue is with this jersey mikes but I normally don’t leave reviews and this time I had to . Service horrible , food was made so sloppy it’s ridiculous and about 5 people behind the register doing nothing . Service was awful and I will not be returning .

Food is good. I mean its the same at all Jersey Mike's. But the customer service is miserable, so it makes the atmosphere gross. With all the firing going on in the world ,there's always the reminder of why. Employees like this should just stay home or get into something that they actually are good at and stop ruining other people's day. That's one way Or the company could invest in some customer service training Or chainsaw it all the way Elon did and bring in new folks. I don't know. What I do know is the people that work here don't want their jobs and should have never gotten jobs working with the public if they had zero interpersonal skills. Nobody forces you to sign an application and pick that job. You did

First time visiting this establishment and no welcome in or we will be with you shortly. Im just standing for a good 5 minutes before anyone addressed me. When she finally speaks she says what you ordering ? I tell her and ask if it's possibly to get it toasted she didn't answer just walked away once she was done slicing the meat. The guy who fixed the sub I asked him he said nah what you want on it ? And when he couldn't hear me he would rudely say what. For them to be the first point of contact in the store they were very rude and looked like they didn't want to be there. First and last time going here.
It was my first time walking into the resteraunt and I let one lady at the front counter know that I placed a pickup order. She was kind. She let me know they were out of cookies and said I could substitute. The tall lady with glasses,overhearing the conversation, shrugged her shoulders and continued to make sandwiches. I thought it was very dismissive and unnecessary. The sandwich was great, but customer service always comes before food in my eyes. I truly hope her behavior improves with some peer coaching for that will improve the business of the resteraunt.

First of all the people that worked there are so rude they dropped my sandwich which was wrapped but it was also partially unwrapped when she picked it up and continued to check me out. I was truly shocked. The restaurant is so nasty. You guys need to find people that are courteous to your clients. Corporate needs to watch their cameras they would probably be shocked. I really want to give zero stars but forced to put one

This store was nasty.. dirty floors dirty tables. Trash can full. no napkins at all.. no concern.. sandwich was very good… only one employee had any concern… I will not be back for a while..this is shame…

This place has not been the same for months. We used to love coming here and now it's nasty with rude employees. I wish the other manager was here she was always great with our food and made us feel like we were family. We ate here multiple times since then and we are never pleased. We are going to try the new store to see if anything is better
