It was my first time walking into the resteraunt and I let one lady at the front counter know that I placed a pickup order. She was kind. She let me know they were out of cookies and said I could substitute. The tall lady with glasses,overhearing the conversation, shrugged her shoulders and continued to make sandwiches. I thought it was very dismissive and unnecessary. The sandwich was great, but customer service always comes before food in my eyes. I truly hope her behavior...

This place has not been the same for months. We used to love coming here and now it's nasty with rude employees. I wish the other manager was here she was always great with our food and made us feel like we were family. We ate here multiple times since then and we are never pleased. We are going to try the new store to see if anything is better
