Since this location has opened I’ve been eating here more. Besides the outstanding food I’ve had the pleasure of always being greeted very nicely by Ashanti Nelson. She is the most polite and well mannered order taker I’ve ever ran into the fast food chain. She always double check to make sure my order is correct. Great job Ashanti. Keep up the great work and customer service.

My server John was the only highlight of my visit. The room I was seated in was freezing with the ceiling fans blowing. John was able to get the ceiling fans turned off but whoever the manager was on duty refused to turn the air off in the room. I couldn’t even enjoy my food and decided to take what I had left home. Mind you, I love the cool air but, I refuse to eat in an igloo and have to pay for it. How can you enjoy your food if you’re having to wipe your nose repeatedly to stop it from running. I’ve been going to this location for a while and this was my last time going. It only takes one time for me to be turned away. Whoever the manager was tonight 3/29/2025 should be demoted or given less responsibility. It was 66 degrees outside, no need for the ac to be on full blast or even on. Thanks for the chilling experience

I go down and order a water and a peach tea with my family, I taste the peach tea and it tastes really funny . Like unfiltered water and so did the water. So I tell the waitress that exactly and she takes the drinks away then she asks what do I want to drink then. I say I'll just drink nothing. I ordered a brisket and when it arrived it looked to be chewed and spit out onto my plate and it tasted overly seasoned and also was cold. I tell the waitress that exactly. She says do you want to talk to the manager. I said no and didn't appreciate how she was help at all (none). She brings a manager over anyway. He says is everything tasting good today? Very obviously confrontational. I ignore him and he goes away. I then have a mini panic attack (start feeling shakey and cold and scared and feeling like I'm dying

I absolutely love this restaurant!!!! I had the ribs, they were sooo tender I had to order some to go for dinner the next day! The staff here are outstanding. I eat out constantly and the service here is exceptional, my #1 for BBQ spots!

This was the worse $36 I've ever paid for 2 horrible barbecue potatoes. The meat was cubed pieces of barbecue sauced fat. With almost no cheese. Very little chives. I'm so disappointed that I drove 20 miles for this. I had a craving for it. They use to be very good. Oh yeah the cheddar muffins tasted like dough with cheese or any seasoning like butter or honey. Wish I could post a pic
