They act like doing their job is a inconvenience and give you day old bread. Been several times to know this isn’t fresh.

I really enjoy the chicken ceaser wrap crispy jalapeños and the jalapeño dressing and every time I go to this location I'm greeted at the door. and John is an amazing worker he knows MY order every time I come to this location and it's an amazing experience everyone works hard and I'm in and out in 2 minutes

Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches in an unwich.

I love Jimmy Johns. I've ordered from locations in 5+ states. I've ordered twice from this location and I waited over an hour both times. There's no excuse for this especially when the restaurant motto is freaky fast. Everyone needs to be fired and replaced or they need to just shut this location down. I wish I could give 0 stars.

We did a catering event and it was awesome! The ordering was easy and the driver that brought the food was super nice and polite! He brought all the food to where we had set up and had a smile the whole time. Thank you for a great experience! We will use Jimmy John's McDonough again for future events!

I’m a barista at the local Starbucks. Ms. Amy came through my line earlier in the day with the most positive energy for the time of day. That interaction drew me to Jimmy John’s after shift, once at the store I encountered more smiles and excitement to serve our public. The food was great. This experience makes me want to join the team!

I ordered a meal at this location 12/31/23 at 5:50pm on the JJ app. The app aloud me to order and schedule my pick up for 6:30pm. I drove 45 minutes to pick up my order and when I arrived the location was closed. No where on the app is there a way to cancel or refund an order. Two days later when I finally got someone to answer the phone I asked for a manager. The female replied that she was the manager. I explained my situation and asked for a refund. She knew immediately which order I was referring to and said that wouldn’t be a problem and was doing the refund at that moment. The entire conversation she had an attitude over the situation. Five days later and multiple unanswered calls I still have not received my refund. I reached out to customer service and they were going to have the franchise own reach out to me about this. I’ve yet to hear from even the owner. I have been able to get someone to answer a couple of times just to be put on hold and then have them hang up on me. My next step is to report this location to the better business bureau.
