Other reviewers are right, all the franchise locations are not equal. There’s always owner present at this location, expoing every plate that comes out of the kitchen. And it really does show. I come here regularly, as a doordash driver, and they’re always kind and quick. I go here at least weekly to pick up food for my own family and it’s phenomenal. I really don’t eat at any to-go seafood places anymore. This is my go to!

JJs on Hampton Rd in McDonough is by far my favorite one from the location, to the service, to the lobby which is very clean and welcoming. The customer service is always on point and let's not forget the food, you'd think the food at the same Restaurant would be the same at all locations but I I've never been disappointed or dissatisfied at the Hampton Rd location and I can't lie, that hasn't been my experience at all of them but I do love JJs overall,...

I like the food BUT I hate when we order our food on our lunch break and it's NEVER ready causing me to either be late coming back OR not being able to eat my food while it's hot.....Fish is never good warmed up in the microwave 😩
