This KFC NEVER has wings!They must be your number one item since you are ALWAYS out! If you are ALWAYS out, why don’t you cook more! It’s so frustrating that EVERY Time I try, there are NO wings!!!

I ordered 2 of the hot wings unsauced and one of the orders had hair in it. Everytime I order from here it’s a problem. Don’t go here

I received an order from this location from doordash. The bags were sealed and untampered. The order was short of sides, the chicken was overdone, and the biscuits were inedible. I sent an email to KFC on their website and they said that it was doordash that should be contacted. Shame on KFC for ruining a family get together and then trying to blame the delivery company.

Someone from corporate needs to think to this sneak into this store and see how the managers treat their customers. I was made to wait outside after driving into the drive through and learning that the chicken wasn't available. They told me I would have to wait for 9 minutes. I should pull into a parking spot. I pulled into the parking spot my 9 minute. Wait turned into a 20 minute, wait, no apology was offered nonchalantly handed me my food after I had to go inside and get it. Multiple customers came after me and were given their food. Unlike me when I made comment that you didn't even apologize. I was told I said sorry, but that was when I was prompted. I prompted them that you have not apologized. The most disappointing thing was the fact that the manager refused to give her name at first and finally reluctantly.She said her name was tara. Tara and the rest of her crew are in desperate need of customer service training. And they need to be made aware of the importance of wearing name badges. No one in the store where's a name badge. Nor do they care.

Went to this location moments ago and they told me they only had one wing. So I asked for clarification. One wing cooked and ready or one wing left in the building as in out of stock. She proceeds to tell me it comes in bags of three and once they are cooked that’s it until they cook more. So why the hell didn’t they offer to drop chicken if that is what I am ordering. The absolute service ever. Kids all in the background giggling think it is funny. Just unprofessional and ghetto. A customer was lost today. I suggest everyone take their business to a different location. Bankrupt this location so they can close and a restaurant with better customer service can build.

It’s sad how ignorant these fast food employees are here in Georgia. Tried to order the deal Taste of KFC 6 piece and the employee says they do not have this! We just got out of line and went to Touchdown wings. It’s ridiculous because it’s literally advertised on KFC website under deals! These people in Georgia are very annoying! Will never come here again!

It's either their health rating or the quality of food. Chicken was so salty we couldn't eat it. Can't tell the difference between original and crispy. I called and they offered to fix the order, no ma'am, no way you gonna fix your service by the time I return. I'll take the Ls (lesson x loss)

I came thru the DT & my order was very simple. The young lady was rude & very unprofessional. I requested cole slaw with my meal. I was given fries. I called the store & the same young lady who,, happened to be named Amiyah, took my order, answered the phone & yes once again she was rude. I’m not sure as to why it is so hard to find good, respectful & responsible employees. I plan to contact KFC Corporate Office.

I stopped by KFC today. I knew their meals were expensive now. All I wanted Cole slaw to add to my meal for labor day. That'll be my last time paying 5.00 for 4 small scoops of slaw. Enough for 2 people for 1 meal. I know times have changed. But I'll go to Walmart buy their small slaw, doctor it up and atleast it'll last a few days. ✅️ Nope want be coming back there.

I didn't get the young lady's name at the drive thru (7:30 pm on 8/29) but she was very snotty and seemed preoccupied because she didn't hear my very simple order (I had to repeat it 3 times), nor did she hear me ask her to split the payment (even though she answered "yes" when I asked her) because she wasn't paying any attention to her customer. I'm not satisfied with my order OR the "customer service" I received. I won't be back.

It would seem I have upset these people for spending thirty dollars. After repeating several times I would like the advertised sausy nuggets, I was given plain nuggets with no sauce. None for the five piece chicken strips and no gravy on the potatoes. All human errors.

I placed an order, and after waiting a while and seeing customers come and go I had to go to the counter and ask where my food was,one customer who was waiting made a face and said I thought you got your food, because I had my drink sitting at a table,a couple of weeks later I got my son and I an order to go and got home,they forgot our cookies in our box,weekend before last my son and I was dining in and after waiting a while the lady that took our order ask if we got our food yet?I think we should have been offered a free item for all of our trouble.Once in a while they run out of an item.UPDATE:8-4-2024 I decided after a few years of not going to KFC to try it again,I had a coupon for an 8 pc meal,I get there and there are 2 vehicles in the parking lot,I am the only one at the drive thru,the lady said let me know when you are ready to order,I said I have a coupon for an 8pc meal,she said there is a 25 minute wait for chicken,I ask,a 25 minute wait?She said yes,I said okay abd went somewhere else,no wonder everytime I pass by it looks like it is closed,I will never go back,my family has been eating at Kentucky Fried Chicken since the 70's,of course it was a different KFC,and when service was better.
