Went through the drive-thru and got our food quickly, which is the only positive part of this experience.

The employee at the window was extremely rude. My husband said “thank you very much” — no response. He told him to “have a great day” — again, no response, just a hostile stare. Basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional.

On top of that, my order was incorrect, and the food was poor quality. The chicken smelled and tasted like burnt flour — the kind of taste you get when old grease is overheated. It was bad enough that I couldn’t eat it.

I’m beyond frustrated with wasting money on food that isn’t what I ordered and isn’t even edible. Fast food may be quick, but accuracy and basic food quality should be the bare minimum. You literally have one job — make the order correctly and serve food that’s safe and enjoyable to eat. This location failed on all counts.

This is the worst KFC I ever been in my life and that is the truth. And I own a franchise, but it’s not KFC and if my business ran like this, I would close it down because it is pathetic here. I mean pathetic. Sucks Old food grease need to be changed terrible

After around 3 months of my last time being there because of the service I gave them another try but nothing has changed, I made my order through the app and it’s said it will be ready in 5-15 minutes I arrived when the 15 minutes passed by and guess what they haven’t even started my order the manager said there gonna start doing it and guess what they didn’t have crispy chicken available I told her ok give me original then she says they don’t have chicken sandwiches and that would take another 8 minutes. I went into the app to see if I can cancel it and the app says if the order has being started it cannot be cancel. I told them ill do the drinks outside to help them out, big mistake from all the flavors the lemonade was pure and all the sodas were flat I told them and they say if those are bad, the ones inside are bad too. At the end I spent an additional 25 extra minutes just waiting. This would be the last time in this KFC.

I received an order from this location from doordash. The bags were sealed and untampered. The order was short of sides, the chicken was overdone, and the biscuits were inedible. I sent an email to KFC on their website and they said that it was doordash that should be contacted. Shame on KFC for ruining a family get together and then trying to blame the delivery company.

Someone from corporate needs to think to this sneak into this store and see how the managers treat their customers. I was made to wait outside after driving into the drive through and learning that the chicken wasn't available. They told me I would have to wait for 9 minutes. I should pull into a parking spot. I pulled into the parking spot my 9 minute. Wait turned into a 20 minute, wait, no apology was offered nonchalantly handed me my food after I had to go inside and get it. Multiple customers came after me and were given their food. Unlike me when I made comment that you didn't even apologize. I was told I said sorry, but that was when I was prompted. I prompted them that you have not apologized. The most disappointing thing was the fact that the manager refused to give her name at first and finally reluctantly.She said her name was tara. Tara and the rest of her crew are in desperate need of customer service training. And they need to be made aware of the importance of wearing name badges. No one in the store where's a name badge. Nor do they care.
