everytime i order they’re always out of something, i stopped coming here for that reason but my coworkers who ordered from them the other day also had the same problem. just close at this point

negative reviews aren’t my thing but went in sunday around 3:30pm October 5. 2 girls at the counter, one bending over on her phone, other one looking into space with headphones on her head. not a word from either of them. i’m looking like are they going to say hello or ask me what would i like? lol nothing. among the weird attitudes and half their menu being out of stock i just decided to leave, they looked as if us customers were an inconvenience to their phone time.

Super quiet when I walked in around 1pm on a Friday, place was clean and the 2 girls that were there are nice. They didn’t have a lot of selection and tbh it kinda looked rinky dinky bc one of the screens that shows the menu was halfway lit lol. Ordered a sugarcane, iced and an iced matcha latte with vanilla. For $6.25, and the matcha cup being one size only, I was presented with a teeny tiny cup of matcha. I was embarrassed at that point, I should’ve asked what the cup looked like prior to ordering smh. I probably wouldn’t return to this location again.

Ok yall we walk in so excited we speak she didn't. The TV was busted on the side we wanted, there was a sign on the glass with the selections they didn't have and an even smaller selection of things they did. Oh and did I mention the staff wore pajamas. Needless to say we left

King Kong Milk Tea and Smoothie has really gone downhill. When you walk up to the counter to order, you're met with a wall of signs—including a long list of things they are out of. The place felt neglected: it was not very clean despite having almost no customers, the bathroom was out of order, and one of the menu screens was broken so only half was visible. It felt like no one cared. For a better experience, go around the corner to Boba Mi.

The crab rangoon were soooo delicious that I felt compelled to go write this review! For a snack, I have to say this is by far the tastiest rangoon I’ve ever had from a “fast food” spot! Like no cap… the light and crispy texture, real crab and it was piping hot and fresh… add that lil Thai chili on the side and woooo! I couldn’t even get a picture in! We will DEF be back for more!!! We also got the Korean corn dogs. Those were ok but they were hot and fresh which was greatly appreciated. Job well done!

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I’ve been here at least 10 times and when they do make their food, it’s OK. Their tapioca pearls are good sometimes tough sometimes.
their honey pecan shrimp was good so I learned how to make it at home because it’s never in stock (and I said I’ve been here at least 10 times it’s literally never in stock) . like who’s running this place?
they’re at least 3 to 4 other competitors to go to and their Boba drinks are pretty good.

They were missing a lot of items that I was interested in trying. Had to go with something else and although it tasted okay it wasn’t what I originally wanted. Half their menu is missing and it would just make sense to take these things off the menu until you can restock them. The other McDonough location is better in my opinion and usually has all flavors in stock. I’d most likely go there before coming here again.

This place is always out of items. Never have any toppings like boba. It’s so bad. They have a list of all the items they are out of. So now you are looking for items they do have and comparing it to the list of what they don’t. Don’t waste your time. Staff has a lost look in their face and are not helpful. This business lacks all. See for yourself.

I'm sure this place would be tasty if they weren't always out of everything. Asked for nearly five different toppings and every time they said they were out of it until finally telling us they had absolutely no toppings. We asked for a different drink, but they were out of that too. We've been here a few times and they're always out of something. The employees were really uninterested in customer service or apparently stocking.

I liked the boba a lot because the strawberry and the boba felt very fresh and I liked it

The service here is kind of odd. I walked in and the person at the counter was hiding behind a bunch of handwritten notes taped to the acrylic barrier—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. I ordered a drink, and instead of saying anything, they just tapped one of the notes. I realized they were trying to tell me they didn’t have the ingredients to make what I just ordered.

There was no explanation or suggestion for alternatives—just silence and a tap on a sign. It felt pretty unwelcoming and confusing. Rather than trying to guess what was actually available, I left and went to Jeremiah’s down the road instead. Much better experience there.

Always out of stock on ingredients. Ordered multiple drinks and they didn't even have a carrier. Gave me plastic cups with removable lids and put them in bags to carry as if that wasn't going to be a disaster. What kind of boba place doesn't use a sealed lid? Only positive part was that the drinks tasted good. Customer service was okay but they were younger so can't expect much.

Drinks amazing, but always lacking ingredients.

Ive been here maybe 6 or 7 times and have only successfully been able to order something twice because of their lack of ingredients. You know it's bad when you instinctively look at the list of unavailable ingredients before you even attempt to order. Its such a shame because when they are properly stocked, its a really tasty spot for Milk Tea. At this point, I dont think I'll waste my time anymore driving back.
