King Kong Milktea and Smoothie

I'm sure this place would be tasty if they weren't always out of everything. Asked for nearly five different toppings and every time they said they were out of it until finally telling us they had absolutely no toppings. We asked for a different drink, but they were out of that too. We've been here a few times and they're always out of something. The employees were really uninterested in customer service or apparently stocking.

The service here is kind of odd. I walked in and the person at the counter was hiding behind a bunch of handwritten notes taped to the acrylic barrier—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. I ordered a drink, and instead of saying anything, they just tapped one of the notes. I realized they were trying to tell me they didn’t have the ingredients to make what I just ordered.

There was no explanation or suggestion for alternatives—just silence and a tap on a sign. It felt pretty unwelcoming and confusing. Rather than trying to guess what was actually available, I left and went to Jeremiah’s down the road instead. Much better experience there.

Always out of stock on ingredients. Ordered multiple drinks and they didn't even have a carrier. Gave me plastic cups with removable lids and put them in bags to carry as if that wasn't going to be a disaster. What kind of boba place doesn't use a sealed lid? Only positive part was that the drinks tasted good. Customer service was okay but they were younger so can't expect much.

Drinks amazing, but always lacking ingredients.

Ive been here maybe 6 or 7 times and have only successfully been able to order something twice because of their lack of ingredients. You know it's bad when you instinctively look at the list of unavailable ingredients before you even attempt to order. Its such a shame because when they are properly stocked, its a really tasty spot for Milk Tea. At this point, I dont think I'll waste my time anymore driving back.

I was disappointed coming here last week. Service was terrible. 3 young girls working the place, at least that’s what I seen. Two on their cellphones and the one girl that should be helping to take your order was on her cellphone too. Just being rude, ignoring and wasn’t helpful with what they sell. No knowledge about their products. She looked at me with annoyance because I was rude to interrupt her cell phone activity. She had zero personality and not 3 words come out of her mouth. No thank you either. No smile. Tables weren’t being cleaned. Just sitting around on their cellphones.
I left thinking they were either owners and didn’t need the business OR daughters of the owner and they didn’t want to be there. Sad because when they first opened it was a very nice place.

Came here after a soccer game with the crew and they had old ice cream and it was disgustinghorrible guys employees are like 14 years old horrible do not know what they are doing

Every time I have come here they are always out of almost all their toppings. It is honestly ridiculous! And the drinks aren’t even that good either.

A boba place… without boba. What a joke.

Both times I've been there, they've been out of something i ordered. Last time I ordered online they waited till I was there to begin cooking it, eliminating the point of ordering online in the first place. Phone number listed doesn't work. Smoothie was okay though.

They had no idea we ordered ahead online and had no idea on how to cancel it either. Need better training.

Our expectations were kind of high because we’ve been here before. We tried strawberry & mango milk tea with boba this time around & we’re super disappointed. It was so disgusting & super water. The ice in my drink melted within the minute I received it because the boba was hot. None of us could get past a couple sips & had to throw it out. 🤮

They for sure need to fix their attitudes. How you have a business with boba but be out of it. Crazy work.

The drinks were very unpleasant. I don't recommend this place.
Waste of time in this place.
