The drinks were very unpleasant. I don't recommend this place.
Waste of time in this place.
Disgusting drink with no flavor, all artificial. I ordered a milkshake and they served me strawberry-flavored water. I don't recommend it. Don't come.
Honestly, the worssssst. The drinks I ordered first were Earl Grey milk tea with Lychee jelly- this shit was just milk water. They didn’t steep that tea long enough for it to taste like anything. & if I order my drink with no ice- doe NOT mean to add more water to my drink. It means to add more TEA?!
The second drink was Thai tea milk tea, lychee jelly with no ice. They added EXTRA syrup which made it unbearable to drink. If I drank more than a few sips you’d get worms.
Since the earl grey sucked so bad- i decided mmm maybe if I chose something like taro it’d be easier and better? NOPE. Bc I said NO ice, the manager just said to add MORE WATER to my drink. That logic doesn’t make any sense to me. Before I walked away I drank it and said nah, I already spent $20+ on y’all WITH A TIP- y’all need to fix it by adding more powder or remake it all together. They remade it and one of them sipped on the excess from the one they made before the remake and said “it’s fine I’d drink it”…. Excuse meee- if you spent money on these drinks and I tell you the earl grey didn’t taste like anything and I’m telling you this taro doesn’t taste like my usual drink then youuuud be hella upset that you spent money on that drink.
Anyways they remade it- i sipped it before I left and it tasted just as bad.
Watching them make it was just a let down, I let myself down bc I gave them the benefit of the doubt… these gen z kids need a lesson in the real world. Spending too much time talking about anything but what the instructions on how to make the drinks correctly bc you’re AT YOUR JOB….
I got a video of the drinks being thrown away. Shortly after bc it was a disappointment.
Tsk tsk
Why offer me a drink with boba added to it when at the end, you are out of the straws for drinks with boba? I couldn’t even drink my drink immediately, I had to wait until I got home to spoon out the ice, then the boba, then drink it. Not a good experience at all. Very inconvenient.
Also, they tried to not give me back the correct amount of change. I had to correct them on that.
Ask me if I’ll be back? Ha.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Half the time I have been here, they've been out of SOMETHING.
Go in at 8pm on a Friday night with 2 hours left until closing, but they're out of Milktea. With 2 hours of operation left and packed restaurants on either side. They're out of the main ingredient of their namesake.
Not coming back to this location anytime soon. Thanks for the birthday present!
Not what it used to be. Nearly $8 for a warm drink that was supposed to be cold.I knew I should have walked out when they were missing so many items for the drinks. Won't be back.
Spent $30 w/ tip (!!!!) just to get the absolute worst drink of my life. I kid you not, I have never had more disgusting boba tea in my life. I ordered a coconut milk tea. I guess they decided to fill it up with just coconut powder and not shake it so my entire cup was lined with powder residue. You could literally taste the powder sitting in your mouth. The other drink was a brown sugar milk tea. You wouldn't expect it to be sweet right? WRONG. Tasted like rotten SALTY MILK. Goodness I have never had such a bad experience here. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
The spanish girls were rude and not helpful. Obviously people will have questions about the menu. She ruined my drink on purpose so I can’t drink it. I threw it away.
Terrible customer service.
I visited this boba shop last night around 8:19 PM, fully aware that they close at 9 PM. Already politely asked if they're still taiking order and they said YES. To my surprise, one of the staff members had already turned off the menu display on their TV while I was standing there try to look what they had on their menu. It felt like they were already shutting down for the night, even though there was still plenty of time before closing.
Things only got worse when another staff member emerged from the back kitchen. Their attitude was incredibly off-putting and unwelcoming. Instead of the usual friendly vibe you expect at a Boba shop, I felt like I was an inconvenience. I understand that employees can have off days, but it was disappointing to encounter such rudeness, especially as a paying customer.

The milk tea was good, but they were out of almost everything. They are overpriced, and on top of that their card reader was broken and they were only taking tap. The person taking my order was polite, but stared at the screen while I was on the tipping menu.

Because I love milk/boba teas, I wanted to love this place. This was my first time visiting and my last When my daughter am and I walked in we were excited, but that was quickly taken away by my guess would be the manager sitting at the table by the window on his laptop and phone. The look of disgust he gave us, made me want to turn around and walk out. But, since there was no one else in the place and my daughter wanted a milk tea we ordered. Both cashiers were at a back table, but quickly went to the counter once we got there to look at the menu. There was no greeting just a dry "what can I get you"! I ordered and my daughter ordered what we saw on the menu. But once we sat down to wait for our teas, there were so many more options to choose from that we didn't see and no one bothered to tell us about. We paid and left, on the way out the manager looked at us with disgust again. This "manager" could have been a regular customer still sitting there on his laptop and phone. Either way, with the looks and service alone that was our first and last visit. However the teas were excellent!
