Price to high for quality and they say everyone has to pay 8$ tip, that’s not right

Overwhelming smell of propane, mediocre cuts of meat (the chicken had a very odd texture, beef was super fatty). I’ve been to several Korean bbq restaurants and this was by far the worst, and one of the most expensive. $100 down the drain.

Everything was great as usual but the server/runner Moses did an amazing job. Very attentive. Continued to ask us if we needed anything and gave us exactly what we asked for each time. (Mind you we asked for a lot) but that didn’t stop him from giving us one of the best service we’ve received in quite some time. I pray and hope management gives him some kind of raise and promotion. It will be well deserved and he is someone that will definitely give this place a huge impact in keeping him for how much he does. It’s the little things that make a huge impact on the service industry. And he does just that and more.

The resturant was clean and the servers were nice and helpful. They bring you food consistently and fast. I waited 20 minutes after being sit down to get drinks and another 10 before I got any food. The marinated chicken was really good. The Koren fried chicken, brisket, ribeye, and pork belly was awful. The worst offender was the brisket which came out frozen and was horrible. For 30+ dollars a person you'd think the cuts of meat would be better/ not frozen. Overall not the best experience and will not be back. Good luck if you try it!

Way to pricey for so little choices. $110 for 2 people! Been to better Korean BBQ and only costed like half of that. Y'all need to step up your veggies game. It wasn't horrible but the food was meh and the price was terrible. I personally won't come back.

Called to make reservation in morning two times for a birthday dinner but did not receive answer for a party of 4. Told there was a 45 - 1.5 wait time. Spoke to General Manager Ja’Mon O’Neal about trying to make a reservation I showed him the call times on my phone he was flippant and stated that their reservation had been booked all week and didn’t care when expressing lack of customer service. Very arrogant instead of trying to be accommodating. But thanks walk across the parking lot to Hungry Station restaurant and had the most amazing birthday dinner!

This place is a joke! I personally don't recommend this place at all... service is not on par for what you get. They bring food out and don't really give you an explanation of what it is. I am sorry I usually don't give bad reviews but for the money just not worth it.

I’ve been here multiple times and every time i came the prices were raised. Last time I came, I was told wait time would be about 45-1 hr, ended up waiting for 2+ hours. When asked, they said they were cleaning the tables “now”, if seats aren’t available, please just say so. Didn’t even have all the items on the menu available (dinner menu) and the appetizers came out after most of the protein came out and I had to ask multiple times about it cause it seemed like they forgot about it.

Love eating here but the server is kind of forgetful of bringing what you ask for have to remind them at least three time then they will bring it out unless call on another server for them to bring it out for you . So yes I love it here cause it affordable Korean bbq for the family without breaking the bank .

It's a cool place ... Menu is a little different. I would like to see more sides. Better selection. Most of what they offer is better decent. Rice could be hot lol.... service was tough at first Ty must have been having a bad day... Yet Rachel was great. She was nothing less than a blessing. Changed the entire experience.

The ambiance in this place is fitting for all aspects of date night, family night, friends gathering, or just some personal time. You can hang out at the bar or grab a seat. My husband and I have a large family so to get our date time in we decided to try a new spot. We drove around and came across this spot. The prices are great. We both ordered a drink which was fine. I ordered the unicorn poop and the poop part we can get rid of but the drink was pretty good. We had an awesome server and the food was really good. I am a pescatarian so I had the shrimp, calamari, and the sides. My love had bulgogi and a few other choices of meat. My man really enjoyed himself and the smile on his face was priceless. We were able to just enjoy good food and each other. Although we always enjoy our own food and it is always hard to pick a spot because we’re always comparing our food to whatever restaurant we are visiting were able to stay in the moment and enjoy it because the food was actually good. If you’re looking for a spot that is inexpensive, with good food and chill…this should be added to your list.

Vegetarian options: The sides are vegetarian friendly. Love the salad that is just a little spicy but has lots of flavor. The only thing that wasn’t really good was the fried tofu. The green onion salad was also another one of my favorites. Other than that everything was pretty good.

Visited here on 1 November 2024 for a birthday dinner. The staff was very accommodating and the space for the size of the party was efficient. The food is ok, the quality of the food is low-mid range compared to other Korean BBQ. Oddly, enough you get a two hour time limit to eat however, the service slows (waiters stop coming) at roughly the 30-40 min mark that your time is up which you literally have to wave them over or find them. The bar was the highlight of this visit. Unfortunately, would not try again.

Delicious and good prices—was really enjoying it till we found a large long hair tangled in with our delicious bulgogi meat. We didn’t make a huge fuss just told the waiter who just simply walked away with it. It was enough to make me lose my appetite. Such a shame cause before that gross hair (that didn’t belong to anyone in my family) was found, we were really enjoying it. I’d suggest to whoever is mixing the raw meats, to please wear proper head protection and have your long hair pulled back in a net.

Our family had a great time at KPop. Our drinks were well made with a fun Halloween theme. Dinner was delicious and Rachel walked is through all of the options. We will definitely be back. Cheers.
