This is for Kroger on Jonesboro Rd. McDonough. Please CLOSE this store and fire management. It's nasty!!! From shitty diapers under check out conveyors to rotten broccoli in my veggi tray that stunk up my cart, the whole front end of the store and almost my car. I will never step foot in it again.

Mr. Tidwell the manager was super nice & helpful when I came in the store requesting to purchase a cake box.He went above and beyond to fulfill my request.

This Kroger is a mess. I can't believe that management has allowed this. We live in a great area and expect a good food store. The meat counter closes in the early afternoons, no wonder people are shopping elsewhere to get meats. This is embarrassing to our community.

I went to your store at 5900 East Lake Parkway in McDonough, GA this morning at 5am to pick up 4 loads of bread before work. Remind you that the store opens at 5AM. As I grabbed my bread and headed to the front of the store. I was met by security and member of the employees. I was told by security that since there was no cashier available for check out that I need to put the items back where I found them and leave the store until the cashier arrives. As other African american customers came into the store and NO one approached them to leave the store. Was I targeted because I'm an asian. I will never shop at this store again. One star is more then this store deserves.

It would be nice if my order was ready when it is supposed to be. The pharmacy tech could clean the stylus that you have to use on their machine. Perhaps the employees could socially distance from customers instead of brushing between 2 people in an isle. Shut down the 2 middle self checkouts so people are forced to socially distance. So many things could be done better. Make employees keep masks over nose & mouth or don't even bother.

Terrible experience, never getting cakes here again. If your planning a first birthday,go to Walmart instead. These people were rude,inconsiderate and obviously careless. My daughters cake was ordered yesterday for today and they didn't even start it when I got there. It wouldn't have been made till friday. So why the 24hr notice when it took 30 min after it was supposed to be made to have it done? If it looks like crap, I'm posting it all over social media..I paid full price for a cake that wasn't done with the time they needed. It was rushed. Never coming here again.
