So find this place kinda disappointing on all aspects food service cleanliness. Walked in had to wait on someone to take my order please note not busy @ all very slow. So finally when my order was taken had to wait sandwich nowhere to be found finally showed up about 10 mins late. Food was ok had chicken it was dry to much mayo not prepared properly. Fries old and been under warm er for awhile Krystal themselves were pretty good only thing worth eating. Second visit here and last first visit sucked and the second visit just as bad as the first.

Ordered at 1:05, at 1:45, I walked in to store because my order still hadn't arrived. When asked for a refund because I didn't want to be any later for work, the replied, "We don't do refunds, you just have to wait". So I should face being written up at work because you can't complete my order in 30 minutes? Or should I let you keep my money due to no refunds, and go to work hungry and have to spend more money to eat?

Want to give a shout out to Faith came to the drive-through. She was very polite. Very nice. Very patient didn’t ask what else what else? What else asked if she had a grape slushy she said we don’t have grape and she told me the flavors that she does have and also offered to mix flavors. No one has ever offered to mix Flavors before she was polite very nice. Need more people like her running drive-through.

Egg wasn't fully cooked. Paid for extra bacon and didn't get any. I had to drive 14 minutes back to get my order corrected. When did they change to a fold fried egg? Give me back the scrabble egg on my sunrisers.
