Everything I go there they give me the wrong order.Coffee lukewarm.Then they tell you to move up when u the only one there.You got to ask for condiments.like come yall .I don't recommend this place to noone.

I ordered a sausage gravy biscuit. Why did I get a biscuit with sausage on it and a dab of gravy like it was a condiment (mayo, ketchup, mustard) on it. And they had the nerve to put 2 packs of ketchup in the bag. For what I don't know. But please train your people how to make stuff that looks almost like the picture on the menu board at drive thru!!!!!

It never fails, every time I get a sausage egg and cheese scrambler. My grits are always watery. Meaning they're not cooked all. What a waste of $5.34. I think I'll take waffle house the next time. Only cost me $4 more but at least my food will be cooked fully.

I’ve never had a bad Krystal until tonight. The quality at this location has been consistently subpar. I literally seen the prep line and how the guy was making the food, I definitely won’t be back.

The only reason I gave it a star was the guy who took my or was nice but the food was so bad the fries tasted like the grease was two weeks past due and the burger was hard and nothing like what it was supposed to look like I will never go back
I'm at the Krystal on 155 in McDonough. The food is absolutely terrible. The fries taste like they came out a trash can. The burgers cold and soggy. I'll never go back this is two times now same experience. I wouldn't feed this to my dogs.
