We ordered a sack full with cheese, the 24 count and made it a combo which was almost $50. We received our food and our burgers were old repurposed ones. The bottom of the buns were extremely hard to the point if you pinched them, it would crumble like a crouton. This was extremely disappointing since we spent so much money. Will never go again! For that price, I can go to a real burger joint!

Came and ordered 12 Krystal’s only cheese when my order came out it had everything on it. It’s ok things happen so I took it in and first thing the manager said before I said anything was “ no onions right?” I said yes ma’am she said no problem give me 30 seconds… As she is scraping the onions off of 12 more I kindly stopped her and said “I’m sorry ma’am my kids are allergic to onions” not only did she start talking but so did the heavier set guy with the long hair. She said onions touch our grill if you are allergic we recommend you don’t eat here”… buddy said “nah everything touches onions here” I informed her that I have never been to a Krystal’s before and that I didn’t know that. She then cleaned the grill and said she would remake them this one time but after that not again…. As I’m waiting for my new ones to be made I had watched them take the bag I had before and resell it to another person in the drive through! Again I have never been to a Krystal’s before and after today I will never go again… hate it because I have heard good things about them to.

So find this place kinda disappointing on all aspects food service cleanliness. Walked in had to wait on someone to take my order please note not busy @ all very slow. So finally when my order was taken had to wait sandwich nowhere to be found finally showed up about 10 mins late. Food was ok had chicken it was dry to much mayo not prepared properly. Fries old and been under warm er for awhile Krystal themselves were pretty good only thing worth eating. Second visit here and last first visit sucked and the second visit just as bad as the first.

Ordered at 1:05, at 1:45, I walked in to store because my order still hadn't arrived. When asked for a refund because I didn't want to be any later for work, the replied, "We don't do refunds, you just have to wait". So I should face being written up at work because you can't complete my order in 30 minutes? Or should I let you keep my money due to no refunds, and go to work hungry and have to spend more money to eat?
