Cooks can’t read an order properly, servers don’t know how to check an order to make sure it’s correct, and female manager is extremely stuck up and rude. Nasty poor quality food.

The service and place was really nice. I was excited for the food until I received it and my salmon wasn’t fully cooked I ended up having food poisoning from the 2 bites that I took. One of my worst experiences ever! The rest of the food looked pretty good.

Was really disappointed in the portion size for the price....plus the service was extremely slow. We also had the smoked wings...that came out light skinned...we just took them home and put them in the air fryer.

Food has went extremely down hill, definitely do not recommend. Go to Texas roadhouse or Longhorns if you want decent food that's fresh. I wish I had just went an exit down to Texas roadhouse instead, but we had been out shopping and just wanted something close by so we stopped in for an early dinner. I should have known when the parking lot was practically empty to leave.
Family of 4, service was decent, until the food came. Started off well, salad and rolls were good, and server had a great attitude. Was a little perturbed at the roadhouse margarita because it tasted like nothing but straight mixer, but dealt with it. The food eventually came, my shrimp I ordered was undercooked and underseasoned, same for my daughters, although the skewers were literally black charred, all the shrimp was white and bland. The baked potatoes were NOT fresh and seemed to be cooked the day before and just heated back up. They were obviously brown inside and old, definitely not how a baked potatoe should be. Reminded me of a Wendy's potatoe that's sat in an oven all day until late at night. My son did not eat any of his ribs, because they were disgusting after he took one bite. I sent my food back, and honestly I should have sent it all back and walked out. The server offered to have them remake it, but if it was that bad being sent out the first time, what's the point in them sending me more? My family are usually not ones to complain, so did not tell me how terrible their entrees were until leaving the establishment. They do not like causing a scene and neither do I, but we were extremely unhappy with all of our meals. My husbands steak was undercooked after he asked for well-done. My daughters mac n cheese was dried up and old, the only other thing they got right was the french fries. After my plate was removed, the bill was still 105$. I have no problem spending 100-200$ on decent drinks and food. The servers attitude completely changed afterwards. She didn't bother to ask if we wanted extra rolls, and didn't even bother to ask if I wanted another drink, just brought the bill after I sent my entree back as if the server was annoyed with me sending back the lackluster and obviously old food, so her tip definitely reflected that. I'm not sure what's happened to this place because it use to be awesome and we have patroned this establishment for multiple years. They need to invest in a new cook apparently, because the food is definitely unappealing for the price. I left hungry and very much pissed off because I spent 105$ and still didn't get to eat dinner. Ended up leaving and having to buy my son and daughter KFC to make up this disaster. Do NOT recommend.

Went there today on Veteran Day, was treated so bad, first of all the bar tender didn't want us to sit at the bar when we were told to go there by a manager, so she finally took our order, a hour and a 1/2 later we still hadn't got our food when everyone behind us had, spoke with the manager and he said our food would be right out, 20 minutes later while other people behind us continued to receive there food, all he had to say was sorry, awful customer service, do not recommend this place, treat Veterans horrible!!!
I ordered the barbecue ranch chicken salad because the first time I ordered it the salad was delicious. This time it was terrible and reminded of why I stop eating at logans. It had none of the ingredients it was suppose to have, all of the food was cold, and the beverage I was charged for was not delivered. I couldn't make any of my concerns known because no one would pick up the phone when i attempted to call in regards to my food.

My last experience was not good but we decided to try it again at a different time. Omg. I wanted to cry. My grilled wings looked rare. Rolls were not fresh. Croutons on our salad were not fresh. Ordered southern peach long Island it was sooo sour. Waited 20 minutes for a glass of water. The restaurant was not crowed. I was very disappointed.

First time eating there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here. I understand that they may have been short staffed or whatever the issue, but that should not have been the customer’s problem. We spent over 45 minutes before we ever received our order. My food was cold and salty. I was too upset to even answer the server when he asked if everything was okay. Since I didn’t eat most of my food, I was still hungry after being there for over a hour. The bathroom was atrocious. Never will I ever eat there again.

Went to enjoy this establishments' gracious complimentary veterans meal. The bar had room to sit, so no waiting for a table, which is always a plus. I didn't sit right at first since the bartender said I'd have to get in line and couldn't just sit. But after one minute in the line, I look over and like 8 people went and sat down! I guess I didn't look the part, so my husband, who's also a veteran, had to stand because no other seat was empty as before when I asked the bartender and there was like 10 seats open! The food took so long that people were leaving before it came out. Of course, there was no meal I could eat on the menu since I don't eat meat, fried foods, nor dairy, as with 90% of the veterans' meals offered on that day, but I adore the comradery.

I don't know what the food tastes like as it took them so long to say us and even longer to bring us out orders. There was hardly anyone at the tables, I didn't understand why they were this slow. After waiting an hr for food, we finally left with empty bellies. I will never return to this location ever!
