The Server Shay was very patient and pleasant to our large sized party on 4/14/2024 at 300pm. Even with some of our difficult guests she still remained professional. I will definitely recommend Shay as your server on your next visit.

Of course you know the bread is very good ? and their garden salad ? is really good, big too ... get your to go container early on .
I am not used to a restaurant that serves canned green beans. I eat out for the experience of good food that I couldn't make myself. I could have made everything better if I had prepared it.The staff is friendly and attentive.

worse place to eat possible straight garbage. customer service here is horrible don't even try to order delivery from them . they cannot cook food properly or make sure all of your food is in the bag. and will not honor it either. and when you try to talk to then about it they will hang up the phone.

ordered on uber eats to be delivered literally across the street to my hotel. they had the driver wait 10-15 minutes before the food was ready & it was cold when it was delivered even though the driver came straight here from *across the street*
The Chop steak and potatoes were great salad on point My Waitress was great went in to eat on Sat March 30 around noon

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EAT AT LOGAN'S ROADHOUSE!!! This was our 1st time eating here and our LAST time giving any Logan's Roadhouse our business and money. Our experience was HORRIBLE. We waited for over an hour for our food to arrive and when it did some of it was not edible, we had to pick replacements and then wait some more on those to come, which we didn't mind, until we had to wait another 45 minutes. By the time my food and my brother's food came, his was in a to go box already and I had to send my overcooked dried out ribs back; we were so ready to leave this restaurant. The manager, Jordan, was not empathetic at all and only removed from our ticket, an item that wasn't ours. They claimed they gave us a 50% discount but it was on 1 item not the ticket itself and then they added a shrimp skewer to "make up the difference." This was our 1st and LAST time giving any Logans Roadhouse our business and money.

I purchased a chicken Parmesan pasta dinner to go and it took one hour to get.I forgot to check it before I left another picking it up. When I got home and opened it, it was dry and a mess. I tried to reach the manager by phone for several hours and never got anyone. I was left on hold for several minutes.
