I swear by Longhorn because the food is a hit every time!! I have no words for this location besides TRIFLING!! New management is needed ASAP! Food was not pleasant, waitress was definitely not having a good day, drinks were watery and the place needs a good cleaning. I live in McDonough and will drive to Griffin to avoid this location. JUST TERRIBLE!!

I typically love LH. This place was kinda dirty. Services was slow but server was nice enough. Our food came out slow and just warm enough to keep from sending it back. It was an ok experience, but we're not itching to go back to this location.

Update- I was sent a gift card for the salad and really appreciate the resolution ! I went to Longhorn yesterday for takeout and I checked my food briefly to ensure everything was good. I get home and opened my salad and it was spoiled. I called back and the manager was supposed to get my info and never did. I called and a lady at takeout took my info but I have yet to hear back. I just want a solution as whomever prepped that salad should have been ashamed!

Honestly couldn't give the food a true rating. Seeing as though my wife, son, and myself were sat for 10 mins without anyone coming to our table to even offer us a drink! The wait staff and management continuously walked by our table with no acknowledgement at all. We decided to get up and leave and as we walked out not one employee said anything as we walked out. This is quite honestly the worst experience at Longhorn ever.

Omg!!!!!!!!! The service was banging! The food and drinks were on POINT!!!!! The crusted chicken with Parmesan cheese was amazing!!!! The service was great! I would recommend the raspberry Sweet Tea!!! Oh, and the salmon Sizzzing!!!!!! The shrimp also sizzzzing!!!!!! Long horn in McDonough the best location!!!!

I went here tonight and I can’t remember our server’s name but she had tremendous service… my only complaint was that… is that she barely had any other tables and it took her forever to greet us… but she made up for it quickly so I give her grace as I was a server once myself and who knows what kind of day she was having? You never know. But for 3 people our tab was under $120 and that was amazing considering the fact we ordered 2 appetizers and everybody at the table got an entree of their own! Good food!
We went here on a Friday night and were seated immediately. Our waiter was an older gentlemen that knew his way around the menu and made good recommendations. We ordered steak with red rock shrimp and another steak with lobster. Everything was seasoned to perfection. We also ordered the dragon fruit Margarita based off the waiter’s recommendation along with some other cocktails. Our waiter was very attentive for it to be a busy night. We will definitely be back.

I gave 2 stars because the salad was good compared to our filets that were 0 stars. Longhorns is the only steakhouse we go too in multiple states not just Georgia. This location was a problem for us. Long story short. Our plates got mixed up and it could have been a complete disaster of a medical issue, but we have learned to be especially cautious even when eating out our favorite brand of restaurant. We will travel an hour to the location in Macon from now on.
