I wish they had a chocolate that was more chocolatey, though.

The ice cream is delicious here. The customer service is good in terms of friendliness. I gave 2 stars on customer service for the following reasons:
- They ask what toppings you want then fail to tell you how many toppings is included with your order so you have a bunch of additional charges at the register.

- The ice cream scoops could be bigger—for the price I’m paying.

I ordered the best value which comes with 3 scoops and 2 toppings. I got 2 strawberry scoops along with 1 cheesecake scoop along with graham crackers, white chocolate chips, and caramel sauce. They give you a small amount of toppings as though you have 1 scoop of ice cream.

It’s supposed to be $7.79 but my total comes out to basically $10 after extra fees and taxes.

My coworkers and I like to visit and chat with the owners. They're always super friendly. For my birthday, my coworkers got a cake from here and it was great.

If you’re looking for an amazing custom cake, Marble Slab Creamery is the place to go! I recently ordered a cake, and they not only made it quickly but it tasted absolutely incredible. The flavors were rich, the presentation was perfect, and the price was super reasonable. Their customer service was top-notch too—everyone was friendly and eager to help! I’ll definitely be coming back for more treats, and if you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out! Highly recommend—check them out! (Uploading a pic of the cake because it was that good!)

Nanil is always so nice and gives great customer service. I get cotton candy with vanilla bean mixed. It’s great flavor and delicious !! Won’t be disappointed. The milkshakes are good as well.

I love coming to marble slab. I’ve been coming here for years now and it was even the first place that I worked. The Patel’s (the owners) do such a great job making sure that everyone has a good experience at their ice cream shop. I will continue to come to this place. The ice creams great and so are the workers.

I never been to this place but once to pick up a cake for my daughter, so I wanted to try it out. Me and my grandson went in for some ice cream. To receive nothing but rudeness from some teenage girl at this location. I ask for a supervisor from the other young girl who went to get the supervisor, however she comes back to tell me oh she stepped out. So a supervisor just leaves without telling these kids I doubt that. I wasn't spending my money at this location I went to the other location 15 min or less away which I received great service there.

The customer service at the location was good. I literally just left the store. Every time I come they are always out of everything. It’s kind of annoying when you say you carry items but you never have them. It’s pointless to go because they are probably out of what you want.

Normally the white young lady is so nice !! But we were greeted by 2 black women who just stared us down and when my friend said hey they had a little attitude.

The owners are soooo kind. We went in for my daughter’s birthday yesterday and they went above and beyond for her when they didn’t have to. The ice cream was perfect too. The coffee milkshake with amaretto ice cream was sooo good. We’ll be back soon :)

We love this mom & pop ice cream shop! Very clean and family friendly! My little two even got to see ice cream being made!! Yes! They make the ice cream!! They have a good selection of creamery and a nice variety of mix'ins! The brownies looked great too! I wouldve tried one but I was too busy eating my cone and ordering a cake! Thank you all so much for your generosity and kindness!! We look forward to seeing you soon!

This ice cream shop used to be better. Seems to be under new management and for the prices charged they are very skimpy with everything. I ordered a sunday, and the cup was not full, like the pictures portrayed. I would say it was just over half. None the less it had good taste, but not the amount you'd expect for how much you spend.
