Selling items, and customer service, with a smiles. They sell customer everything but the kitchen sink.. it's what you need for this place of business.

Best creamy, hand rolled ice cream!! The staff was so polite and helpful. Classic #mintchocolatechip and #chocolate ice cream are always the best!

Great service and yummy ice cream and shakes. Service was timely, we didn't wait long at all.

Ice cream here is delicious. Definitely a step above BR or any other main chain like Coldstone's or Bruster's. You can tell it's more community based. The service can struggle a bit at times given the process of making a slab ice cream, but we're typically not eating ice cream on a rush anyway.

There's nothing overly spectacular about the place in terms of flavor or atmosphere, but it is indeed a delicious ice cream for the flavors I've tasted so far.

Had been coming here for years, then recently, the owners rudely declined our order and rolled their eyes at us, scoffing. All we were trying to do was celebrate my mom’s birthday. We will be taking our business elsewhere until they are under new ownership, and sharing this with other Henry County longtimers. This specific location seems like it has been nothing but a money grab recently, with the poor (but very kind) other workers scrambling to make up for the owners’ complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. This is nothing like the Marble Slab Creamery that I had grown up with loving and knowing. This is truly a 0/5 star location specifically because of the owners.

So...the app shared that you receive a free small ice cream for your birthday. When we went in, I was going to order for the whole family, and they wouldn't honor the small free ice cream treat because the app is with American Cookie & Marble Slab Creamery... SoOOoOOOoo, the owners were extremely rude about it & needless to say, they've lost a client that they've had for over 20 years! All for a small ice cream...wow!!! I'm happy to share my business elsewhere, especially to enjoy the experience! On a positive note, the worker that was there was very nice & shared 1st & foremost...happy birthday!!! So, thank you for that. This is for the Jonesboro Rd. location in McDonough.

Tropical Sorbet flavor is AMAZING but way TOO sweet. Please fix it so I can try it again. 😄

So basically I got the limited time milkshake. It was not prepared right or looked anything like the picture. The girl was touch all over my cup and the toppings with no gloves. Very nasty place not worth the money

This ice cream place never fails to hit the spot! Their ice creams are so nice and creamy. The variety of options is just the cherry on top. The staff is so friendly too!

I will preface this by saying I love their ice cream and most of the workers are very young, but nice! However, it's quite alarming to watch workers typing on their phones or eating ice cream from a cup right behind the counter. To me, that's just unsanitary and it appears to be part of their normal work culture, as at least two or three of them were using their phones between every customer. During my last visit on 5/10/25, I watched as a male worker even put his phone in his pocket then grab the napkins to hand to us and it made me cringe, knowing he probably takes that phone everywhere.

Also, never seen anyone wearing gloves, hairnets or washing their hands before serving customers ice cream, including the person at the register who handles money! Also, the waffle cones are all just stacked openly on the counter, exposed to the elements for potential cross contamination or bugs. This is what I personally witnessed but I can imagine what goes on behind the scenes! Perhaps this is a training issue, but nonetheless these are major concerns for me that may determine if I'll return to this location! (Owner, watch your cameras!)

Ice cream was really good, I had peanut butter and bday cake. Unfortunately the butter finger waffle cone had the texture and tasted like it was made in the year 2003. Would still recommend this place just not the particular waffle cone I had.

What a fun place. I was greeted warmly with a big smile, and we had a good time.

I wish they had a chocolate that was more chocolatey, though.
