If you order before 4pm this would be 5 stars, after 4 there is a manager that is horrible!!! If you order delivery after 4 you should add 45-60 min to the quoted delivery time. The last time the order was over an hour late and wasn’t even cut. Tried calling the store and was on hold for 12 min. So ridiculous.

I don't ever remember Marco's tasting like this. I used to eat at the one on Campcreek for lunch all the time it taste totally different tan this location. I got bad vibes when we ordered online and it still was a long wait. The whole time the order was sitting right on the shelf. The PIZZA WAS HORRIBLE!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HOR-RI-BLE!!!!!!!!!!!(NOW MY STOMACH HURTS BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HECK I JUST ATE.

I placed a order last night online. When I went to pick it up the order was wrong. The gentleman that said he was the manager on duty asked if I wanted a credit or made over. I wanted it made over. He appeared very agitated and went from the cash register/phonr to the prep area(no gloves, no washed hands). I got his attn and asked was he gonna put on gloves? He stated it wasn't required, I asked him to wash his hands. He then grudgingly made it over. The pizza was not made correctly and it had toppings missing off the crust. This was very poor customer service and poorly made.

Marco's was my go to pizza place. This location has gone down the drain. I ordered a cheese pizza with spinach & onions. It was Horrible! Jennifer delivered it with no parmeson or red pepper, she said it was in the box...it wasn't. I gave her a 5 dollar tip on top of the 5 dollars I had already tipped only to throw it away. It wasn't edible. I don't know who owns or is running this place but it needs to close until they get it together.

We ordered and paid online today 12/27/23 at 6:08pm for a PICKUP order with order # 172 totaling $55.78. This included a $9.36 tip for a pickup order. Our estimated pickup time was supposed to be at 6:18pm. We arrived at Marco's at 6:25pm and our pizza wasn't ready until 8pm. The said it was due to technical issues even though there were no issues with us placing the order online and them charging us. They told us it would be 10 minutes to complete the order 4 different times. I'm highly upset with this whole experience. I requested a refund but was told since I paid online, they couldn't give me a refund, so they gave us a $55.00 store credit. This is not acceptable because we have NO plans on returning. There was no manager in the store. While I was waiting it was 3 other customers who canceled their orders due to the wait. I will be contacting the store tomorrow and corporate if I can't get satisfaction from the store manager! The girl at the counter was very nice.
