The manager Alexis and server Jabari were wonderful! Alexis was very thoughtful and Jabari was friendly, energetic, and customer-centric which is rare these days. The Reuben sandwiches and sweet tea was fantastic too!
Party of 6 ate there Sunday. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was delicious and made just as requested. And even though there was a sign stating they were short staffed the food came out very quickly. Kudos to this Sunday afternoon staff!!

Don’t expect a salad bar. Don’t expect soft serve ice cream. Don’t get in a hurry. Don’t expect what McAlister’s used to be.
45 mins later still here. Don’t come here.

In a culture where professionalism, customer service and being pleasant seems to be a dying breed it was a joy to meet Soraya when I entered this place. She exuded all the attributes that would cause me to be a repeat customer and I really enjoyed her tremendously.
She gave me some great suggestions on and answered my questions on the sandwich and salad that I chose. The Jalapeño Turkey Crunch, tea mango drink and Soujthwest Chicken Salad was delicious. I will definitely be getting these items again and coming to this location.
Check it out for yourself.

The most disappointing part of my experience with McAlister’s came from their marketing manager, Addison. When I tried to explain my concern about a catering order, she continuously cut me off, refused to let me finish a sentence, and came across as dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. Even after I pointed out that she could have been more patient on the call, she never apologized or acknowledged how unprofessional her behavior was.
The problems didn’t start there, though. When I first spoke with the general manager about how many sandwiches would be needed to feed 55 people, she couldn’t provide an answer to such a basic question. Then, when the order was delivered, the chips were missing entirely.
Between Addison’s dismissive attitude and the general manager’s lack of knowledge and follow-through, this entire experience left a terrible impression. We will never order from McAlister’s again.

I've tried coming back time afer time only to be continually disappointed. What restaurant has no manager on duty and allows one worker do everything?

Asked for NO tomato on my sandwich. It doesn't mean make the sandwich with the tomato and then remove it...guess what you can still taste it...Very lazy and unprofessional

I am beyond disappointed in my recent experience with McAlister’s. I ordered a five-box catering packet and received only one box. This is not just a small mistake—it is a complete failure to deliver on a paid order, leaving people without the food they were depending on.
When I raised the issue, instead of taking ownership, your catering manager Addison dismissed it as a “miscommunication” and even suggested we misunderstood your website. That accusation is both insulting and unprofessional, especially since your own team admitted this has happened before. If your staff knows this is a recurring problem, it is not miscommunication—it is negligence.
To make matters worse, when I continued to ask for basic customer service, Addison went so far as to claim that I was being “threatening.” That is completely false, and frankly an outrageous attempt to deflect from her own failures. I made it clear that I would be escalating the issue—which is exactly what I am doing now.
Addison’s handling of this situation shows incompetence and a serious lack of professionalism. If she truly believes customers in today’s economy would willingly pay $70 for five sandwiches, that only underscores how out of touch and dismissive she is of the very people keeping your business open.
This situation was mishandled at every level. A catering order is not a casual purchase—people count on it for events, meetings, and gatherings. For your brand to not only fail in delivery but also deflect responsibility, minimize the impact, and accuse the customer in the process is absolutely unacceptable.
At this juncture, I expect more than excuses. What is needed is accountability, training, and a serious overhaul of how McAlister’s handles catering orders. Until then, your reputation will continue to suffer, because no customer should ever have to go through what we experienced.
I woke up craving Mcalisters..it’s currently 11:00am, they opened at 10:30am BUT no one is here….waste of gas smh I’m so upset because I really wanted this.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but just have to say - every time I’ve come to this Mcalister’s location, the staff is always so exceptionally friendly. Makes me want to do business with them more
