So my entire order was incorrect . I asked for roast beef and did not get it as well as I did not get side of cucumbers for my order. To not mention I was told all my items were in bag . Did. Or receive any silver wear as well . My receipts showed what I paid for did not get my roast beef I do not eat pork or chicken

The most unprofessional environment I’ve been in with a supervisor or whoever I his lady was in the back kitchen reprimanding and complaining so loudly a customer left, and you could hear her when you walked in the door… a horrible example of leadership, rather a lack there of….June 26, 2025. 2p.m.ish

Customer service and good service is slow. I would drive the 40 minutes I drive to get here again. I wanted to try the peach cheesecake and decided to also get the pick two. I ordered a Reuben and salad. The Reuben tasted funny so I returned it. It took at least 25 minutes to get a replacement sandwich. Whew.

Despite only having one employee in the establishment at the time, this was a pretty pleasant experience consider the circumstances. She did not fold under the pressure, she remained calm, she remained professional and pleasant. She handled taking orders, then made the orders, and then brought out the food. In my humble opinion she deserves a raise, a promotion, and reward. I was throughly impressed.

First & last time coming to this location. Paid $10.99 for Trash! This chicken tastes horrible, bread burnt, tomato & greens withered. This was a waste of money. In this economy I don’t have $11 to just give McAllister’s and tonight that’s what I did… I still had to find something else to eat because I couldn’t eat this mess! Would appreciate a refund or makeover of food.

We waited a long time for our food. The nachos that I ordered came to the table cold and the chips were soggy.
Ordered delivery and I’m very disappointed in what I received. The “giant” potato is the size of a regular potato but cost $15. The New Yorker sandwich was also $15 but did not look like the pictures and was tiny. Spending $50+ on a delivery order just to receive it and everything is the size of a kids order is infuriating. I will never eat from here again and I suggest they put REAL descriptions of their food and sizes on their menu. If you value getting a bang for your buck avoid this place at all costs.

The kiddie grill cheese was horrible and the bread was old. The service is super slow. Unfortunately it’s not too many restaurants by my job and I usually don’t eat in there because they are so slow. But today put the nail in the coffin. Never again!!

Updated 11-18-24, went in at 730 pm and the dine in tables were all blocked off. Three employees rambling in the back and never came out to wait on us. Just stared at us thru the back window until we walked out. I really hate that the service is so bad, I enjoy their food. I waited in line for 15 minutes, there seemed to be only one person working there, he kept having to run back to the kitchen to get orders out while manning the front counter. Come on management get it together. I love your food but walked out, I don’t have all day for lunch.
