Ordered delivery and I’m very disappointed in what I received. The “giant” potato is the size of a regular potato but cost $15. The New Yorker sandwich was also $15 but did not look like the pictures and was tiny. Spending $50+ on a delivery order just to receive it and everything is the size of a kids order is infuriating. I will never eat from here again and I suggest they put REAL descriptions of their food and sizes on their menu. If you value getting a bang for your buck avoid this place at all costs.

The kiddie grill cheese was horrible and the bread was old. The service is super slow. Unfortunately it’s not too many restaurants by my job and I usually don’t eat in there because they are so slow. But today put the nail in the coffin. Never again!!

Updated 11-18-24, went in at 730 pm and the dine in tables were all blocked off. Three employees rambling in the back and never came out to wait on us. Just stared at us thru the back window until we walked out. I really hate that the service is so bad, I enjoy their food. I waited in line for 15 minutes, there seemed to be only one person working there, he kept having to run back to the kitchen to get orders out while manning the front counter. Come on management get it together. I love your food but walked out, I don’t have all day for lunch.

So I don't know if they have new management or just the right crew... I have never had an experience at any location where my service was amazing! Nyresha, my cashier, was happy to help and had great service! Mrs. Tonya was funny and made our food in under 15 minutes!! There was another lady there who was also very friendly and wanted us to come back! Needless to say, we will certainly be back, and we hope this crew is there!!!

This was my first time at a McAlister’s deli. The cashier was helpful and our wait time was reasonable. I enjoyed the club sandwich, however the pickle was missing even though I’d confirmed I wanted one. The fruit was great except for the grapes - they were a bit mushy. Overall it was a good experience. I will visit again soon.
