I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a steak and cheese bagel, but was given bacon and cheese instead. When I informed the manager, she asked if she could just “add the steak on top” — absolutely not, especially since I do not eat pork. That alone showed a lack of care and attention.
I also ordered a bacon and cheese McGriddle meal for my daughter, and the sandwich came with a tiny piece of bacon you could barely see. To make matters worse, there were no hash browns included in the meal.
The customer service was horrible, and the staff showed little concern for correcting their mistakes or providing quality service. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a morning order when accuracy and courtesy matter most.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and customer experience at this location.

I went to this McDonald’s around 1:20 AM (Oct 25,2025) with my two cousins two woman were on the clock today one was light skin petite and had two braids while the other was light skin, heavy set and wore glasses. They close at 2:00 AM, so we went through the drive-thru for a quick late-night meal. From the start, the attitude from the worker was completely uncalled for.
I politely told her we had three separate orders and even said “no thank you” when she asked about rewards. I was calm and respectful the entire time. She immediately said, “We can only take two orders,” but the tone she used was rude and dismissive not customer-friendly at all.
I tried to be understanding and said, “That’s fine, I’ll just circle back around for the third order.” Instead of just letting us do that, she went on mute, then came back with even more attitude saying we still couldn’t because she’d “know it’s us.” Like what? That made no sense, and it honestly felt like she just didn’t want to help.
There was zero reason for that kind of tone or behavior especially when the customer is being polite. I said “have a good night” and left, but the whole experience left a bad taste. If you don’t like dealing with people, maybe don’t work in customer service. The attitude alone deserves no stars. I will be reaching out to corporate. Thank you.

They took for ever just to make a $5 meal n my chicken nuggets where very cold never coming back i ordered my food at 917pm n got my food at 945pm n I ordered inside the store mind u the store was soo empty with customers there was no excuse for the waiting I'm never coming back ever.

There are McDonalds on every street corner, but this is the only one that has the great vibes, energy, and spirit that Deandre gives whenever you pull into the drive thru. I work an overnight warehouse job and McDonalds is usually the only thing open around the time I get off. That unaccomplished feeling I have after those 6 hours of grueling work, is washed away every morning by his pippy attitude. I wish nothing but the best for that kind-spirited and lively young man!
Leaving people waiting over 15 minutes to place a order and continuing just to walk by and not saying anything just isn't right. It's like this all the time at this location. Plus the floor you basically stick to it and bathrooms aren't clean. I'll never go back.

Gave them 3 stars because they actually answer the phone and are polite. Bt the food needs work, its always wrong or off, and the fries are WAAAY too salty. Had to wait bout 20 minutes jus to have fries remade
