this place sucked. me and my sister karen came in, well should i say ATTEMPTED to come in. we walked up to the door because the website said open. okay so we parked, went to go in because we seen 2 families inside eating. when pulled on the door, it was locked. the employees were standing there and didn’t make an attempt to even say they were closed. rude and unprofessional. all an hour before closing.

I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s location. I ordered a McChicken with American cheese, added pickles and tomato, and requested it to be made fresh, along with a small fry. When I got to the window, I politely confirmed with the gentleman if the McChicken was fresh, and he assured me it was. Upon checking, it was NOT fresh, and the additional condiments I asked for were missing from the bag.
To make matters worse, the fries were neither filled properly nor hot. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, a woman with locs, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. She actually told me, “Ain’t no more fries going in that bag,” with such a nasty attitude that I thought it was a joke at first. I was completely shocked by her behavior.
At this point, I had to ask for a refund because the experience was so unprofessional. The lack of customer service and attention to detail at this location is unacceptable. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be disrespected and leave hungry.

An absolute trainwreck. Why establishments advertise an item, know that the item will be in high demand, only to either not supply enough, or hire incompetent staff that don't know what to do in high-pressure situations? Ordered a Mcrib in the kiosk and paid only to be told they do not have any.
