this location actually sucks. it’s normal for my family to order from here because it’s the closest option but they always do something wrong. no salt on fries, something missing from the order, something is always wrong. what takes the cake is me recently trying to order one (1) cheeseburger and being told i can’t make that a meal even though its a meal me and my mother order everytime we’re there, i was basically forced to order something i didn’t want, she didn’t ask for sauce for my sister’s order and they didn’t even put sauce in the bag. the lady at the drive thru didn’t even sound like she wanted to even be there, let alone do her damn job. if i could give negative stars i would but they just need to shut this place down. also, 5 dollars to add 2 HALF strips of bacon is actually ridiculous

This place needs to fire every employee and start over, it’s a lost cause and the manager is no better and quite frankly not sure how she managed to obtain a promotion. Mobile order placed and continued to wait 15 minutes before going to the counter and being passed 5-10 times by multiple employees including the manager. Kitchen full of incompetent, immature, and uneducated employees. Don’t waste your time at this garbage bin of a “fast food” restaurant

Just go ahead and close this location already and START OVER! I waited nearly 20 minutes after being told (along with EIGHT other cars - EIGHT!!!) to pull up to the curbside window. The young lady came out TWICE asking me what I had ordered. Mind you, I ORDERED VIA THE APP AHEAD OF TIME, only for my coffee to be made wrong. All i asked for was cream/sugar...basic enough right? Management changes every week probably because leadership really is nonexistent here. These folks do NOT care at all. The food tastes old, order is ALWAYS wrong (bet money on that!!!) Smh these restaurants have ZERO standards these days. This is your sign to treat yourself to a nice, home-cooked meal.

Don't try to do curbside pickups in the morning. Staff won't come to your vehicle. They just yell to you to walk to the window to pick up your food .
Whoever owns this location can't care about their business, the employees don't even respect the customers this place is just sad!
