Ordered 2 MC nuggets meal MEDIUM thru delivery and did not receive any of my medium fries. Just nuggets and and drinks and I've called 4 times but it's going straight to voice mail.

Read our order with the timestamp and still want to ask what day it was and what time like we're trying to steal from them. Proceeded to write down the order just to not put it into their system. Told to go through their drive thru twice for them to tell us to put in another order and dispute the other charge. Needless to say, we got chick fil a across the street.

Not happy, we order our food for pick up so we can enjoy and it took 40 min to get the food,we made it very late to work all because the ppl that Mc hired (do better)
Only one person was doing all the work and it was the guy that couldn't walk straight ( no offense, didnt get to see his name) but he deserves a F raise, everyone else lazy,slow and talking

Service at this location is ALWAYS slow.
The line is usually long and slow moving so i just go somewhere else (unless I have no choice).
Food quality and order accurateness are always good. I've only had issues with service speed.

The order is always wrong. Then u give the food back that u have touched and they will give it to the right peraon. I have watch it happen many times. I have gotten my order wrong 3 times in one visit, then finally thought it was right and didnt want to eat inside anymore and drove home. Then i got home and guess what, It was wrong, called and talked to manager and got a refund.
been here multiple times and each time i have to wait about 20 minutes for food. terribly slow.

My teas were expired and tasted horrible. My sandwich was made incorrectly which made it inedible for me. I tried to call this location and it didn’t even ring. Says they don’t have a vm set up. This always happens here and it’s exhausting. Only came back because my kids begged Ava us the closest McDonald’s. Eat at one of any of the other fast food restaurants.

Poor Customer Service Experience – 801 Hwy 81 E McDonough GA– 12 AUG 2025 (9:35-9:40 AM)
This morning, I visited your Lake Dow Location around 9:35-9:40AM to order your Mix & Match breakfast deal (two breakfast sandwiches for $4.79, as advertised on your drive-thru signage).
When I asked about the deal, the first employee told me they were “doing breakfast,” which I already knew. I clarified that I wanted the advertised 2-for-$4.79 deal. Another employee joined the conversation and stated there were “two different deals.” Both employees spoke to me in a tone that came across as condescending, as if I didn’t understand the menu — which was both disrespectful and unnecessary.
When I began to list the first sandwich I wanted, I was interrupted before I could finish. I explained that I was about to give the second one, and the employee told me it wasn’t part of the deal — even though it was clearly displayed on the signage at the menu board.
This interaction was frustrating for two reasons:
1. The tone and attitude from both employees were unprofessional and made me feel demeaned as a customer.
2. Staff should be aware of the promotions displayed at their own location to avoid giving customers incorrect information.
I left without ordering because I could feel myself becoming upset, and I didn’t want to escalate the situation. However, I believe this store would greatly benefit from additional training on customer service etiquette and product knowledge.
Please look into this matter and address it with the employees who were working the drive-thru at approximately 9:35- 9:40 AM.

The atmosphere could be a lot better, but the food and service are actually pretty good compared to where I came from in the Florida Keys. I’m sorry but Key West McDonald’s is the absolute worst in America. It doesn’t even come close to this place is paradise compared to the other one.

Ordered curbside and it never came. Instead of fixing it the manager just wanted to argue about how everyone else is wrong. Paid for food I never got. Will never return.
