Went through drive thru. Got pulled forward. Order was still wrong and had to come in. Took my kids in to play in the play place, and equipment looked dirty, crumbs all over the slides and floor. Stools were ripping in the fabric.

First day of 2026 horrible customer service
Absolutely the worst ever. I waited over 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries. I will never ever stop here again!

This absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Not after 1 visit, but multiple visits. I love close by so I stop in there from time to time. NEVER HAVE THEY GOTTEN MY ORDER CORRECT. It's not that hard. I ordered the same thing. 2 double cheese burgers no ketchup no mustard extra onions. Don't waste your time here. Go to Wendy's. This McDonald's sucks!

Terrible Service. I placed a mobile order around midnight after a long shift. Store was clearly open, if not closing early despite posted hours. Mobile order went through.
The drive through lights were on but no one answered, so I pulled to the window. 4 individual employees including a manager on Thursday morning around 12:15 made eye contact with me and walked away. Did not acknowledge my presence or anything. Cancelled my order and I will be calling corporate. Unacceptable in this economy.

The dude that be at the second window with the perm on night shift is very rude.
This is a nice McDonald’s and I really enjoy the food but I really think that we can speed up the orders can we? I know that sometimes restaurants can be understaffed but a lot of people lose patience when it takes over at LEAST 20 minutes to get something to eat. I’m just saying, you guys are great and keep doing what you are doing but please make service go a little more faster.

The drive through service was really slow and the bathroom was not at all clean,up to par. Although the Mgr was very professional when I notified her of my long waite for my food. She made sure that my food came out very fast. However I noticed other customers was having the same problem and one got out of her vehicle to go get her order. It has been a long time since I saw a McDonald's in that shape!!!!!
Waited in curbside for 35 minutes went in to see what the hold up was other people where trying to get their money back I waited in line for another 25 minutes to speak to a manager. I told the guy up front curbside for Felica he repeated my name and still did nothing. At that point they need a pep talk on customer service I was holding myself back from washing my hands and put gloves on to get in frontline at this point. Rude and no care in the world for customers. I just left threw 6 bucks out the window at this point cause I couldn’t get my money back from mobile order and I used some of my points as well for a MCchicken… Ultimately said MCHell with this and left went to Taco Bell across the street was in and out of drive thru within 4 minutes. Maybe they should give yall a talk. Just sayin do better…

Leaving right now at 8:45 on a sunday with no food because apparently they are closed? This place operates based on feelings. Always getting orders wrong, cold food, some of the workers are ignorant. Its a mess.
