I was passing thru and my family needed a quick bite to eat. Big mistake stopping at this McDonald's. It took the person on the speaker about 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. I noticed cars behind me were leaving the line of how long it took for someone to take my order. On the 1st speaker I noticed a person was getting frustrated because the person taking orders was going in out handling something inside the restaurant while taking an order. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location.

Today, I would like to give five stars to all the associates at this location. Everyone has a great attitude. The food was good hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the music. I would definitely recommend this location.

Drive thru guy at 11pm today was extremely rude, they were out of all sauces and would ask you to repeat order 3 times then say he accidentally cancelled it.

Before being hired this past week, we went to this McDonald's a lot. We loved the play place and the employees were kind with us. My kiddos kept asking to come back.
However, during training my eyes were opened when the manager asked me to clean the restrooms. After asking where the cleaning equipment was... they told me to use the same rags use in the lobby to clean the restrooms. (Including, no gloves used during the cleaning process)
I will not be returning to this location again. (I have reported to environmental health)
