Bad service like every McDonald's you go to due to the fact that you can't get anybody to acknowledge it the kiosk self order bulshit don't work. How many times do you have to say excuse me and somebody look at you before they acknowledge you my advice go next door to Chick-fil-

I have gone to this McDonalds twice recently and the food was not good. The chicken nuggets were hard and dry and cheeseburger was not fresh. The 2nd time I got a big mac and the bun was hard as a rock. Staff is not friendly and barely even spoke. Paying as much money for fast food as I did it should at least be fresh. We should at least be told thank you for our visit since we pay their salaries geez.
This location needs to have an inspection and maybe even close as food being served is giving McDonalds a bad name. I will drive all the way to Hudson Bridge Rd going forward where at least food is hot and decent and staff are glad you are there and greek you with a good attitude. Don't waste you money here, you may get sick this food is not fresh at all and I would give zero stars if I could. The manager should be fired to allow this to go on.

Had some issues with my food, order was not brought to the table in the play room to the point we had to go ask them for my order which took 20 mins. Floors was dirty and sticky.

I don’t know what’s up with the night time but they were rude. No greeting, no smile, not even a welcome. Ask for my food fresh and got an attitude instead. Just to get home to cold food. I didn’t make a fuss, I didn’t even mention it I just knew I was coming straight to Google! Horrible experience. I thought Georgia head southern hospitality. I guess fresh means to just burn the bread.

Waited for almost 10 minutes to just put in an order. Nobody working the counter. One kiosk with a person who had no idea what they were doing. The person who was supposed to be working the counter was literally hiding around the corner avoiding taking orders. He wouldn't acknowledge us nor would the staff in the kitchen. I have no words. We walked out.

Waited in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes. I checked the app to review the menu. When I got to the order speaker, I attempted to order 4 double cheese burgers. It was 10:50 am. The girl on the other end of the speaker said they are still serving breakfast. I let her know that their menu board was only showing lunch items and so was their app. She simply said, oh. How does this business expect people to order from their breakfast menu when they are only showing the lunch menu? I saw 4 people drive off within the 20 minutes I was waiting and I followed after this location couldn't get their act together. Super disappointing to waste my time.

I ordered two steak, egg, and cheese bagels with round eggs on both. The round egg was an upcharge of $4.38 for both sandwiches. However, when we got home, neither sandwich had eggs on them—just steak and cheese on a bagel. This is completely unacceptable, especially when you pay extra for something and don’t receive it.
