This store steals money! Refused a refund. Phone doesn’t work when I tried to call to work it out. Proceeded to process a mobile order and then told me that they couldn’t make it. I ask for a refund and the manager told me I had to cancel in the mobile app. The order had already been processed from their end like they gave me food. They didn’t. There’s a lot of other options in the area. Don’t go to this McDonalds.

Stopped by this McDonald’s recently, and while the food was what you’d expect—hot and consistent—the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and the vibe was downright chaotic. Simple requests were met with attitude, and the overall energy felt disorganized and unwelcoming.
It’s a shame because McDonald’s is known for quick and easy service, but this location could definitely use some training to improve professionalism. I’ll think twice before coming back to this one.

Stayed in lobby at register for about 10 minutes and the crew just stood there looking at me finally someone asked did I need help from the back i told them I placed a order they replied they think they gave it to someone else and then went back to doing what they were doing in the back nobody actually came to try to fix my order so after another few minutes I just left

I hate this McDonald’s. Microwave McDonald’s every time you come here your food is cold. Every time I stop here they have a speaker in the drive-through that they can’t even hear from so you have to take 15 minutes to get your order taken. They don’t give you any condiments. They look at you like you’re crazy when you ask they’re very rude and condescending as I said, I hate this McDonald’s and I come to McDonald’s a lot. This is the worst, such a nice area in such a nice area !

The drive thru was awful. I purchased ice cream and she brought me back a half filled cup. When I mentioned to the young lady what happened to the ice cream she stated it goes to a line way below the rim of the cup. Then I purchased 3 cookies they gave them to me crumbled up. I have no idea if it’s 3 cokes or 1. Never go to this place they have more excuses than customer service,
This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the displeasure of stepping into in my life I would rather starve then step back into this mismanaged, slow, dysfunctional, sad excuse for a fast food restaurant to ever exist. Just keep on driving to Chik fil a its right up the road.
