Im on my journey to collect these Lil McDonald's toys (yes grown child here) and the manager was SO nice & went above and beyond to find me the different ones he had in store. We also love to take our kids to play in the play place here and its always clean. 5 stars for me!

Horrible experience, bad quality, and item on order was incorrect. I guess these days there should be no good expectations for Quilty in fast food. I had to wait over 20 mins for a mobile order that I ordered with the app. By the time I got my food, it was of bad quality. The fries were very cold and not worthy of eating. The fish sandwich that I also ordered was very messy and all of the condiments that I requested were not in the the bag. I ordered a large Hi-C orange, they gave me a small Orange soda and stated that they ran out of large cups. The experience at this restaurant is poor each time I go. I tried many attempts to try again but after the 3rd bad experience I will no longer go to this location or for that matter, I may not go to another McDonalds.
This store steals money! Refused a refund. Phone doesn’t work when I tried to call to work it out. Proceeded to process a mobile order and then told me that they couldn’t make it. I ask for a refund and the manager told me I had to cancel in the mobile app. The order had already been processed from their end like they gave me food. They didn’t. There’s a lot of other options in the area. Don’t go to this McDonalds.

Stopped by this McDonald’s recently, and while the food was what you’d expect—hot and consistent—the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and the vibe was downright chaotic. Simple requests were met with attitude, and the overall energy felt disorganized and unwelcoming.
It’s a shame because McDonald’s is known for quick and easy service, but this location could definitely use some training to improve professionalism. I’ll think twice before coming back to this one.

Nice location easy to order using the kiosk. Better during the week on the weekend you better pay at kiosk because older gentlemen will not take your order.
