I went there and I got a Bacon egg and cheese croissant. and I paid 6$ for it and then I got a dr pepper it was supposed to be 1 and 25 cents. but then tax made it up to be 1.35$. then she took snatch the dr pepper from me I was only 6 cents off mcdoughnut have a rude employee.
The selection was small but the taste was outstanding! Loved the strawberry cake donut and the donut holes! Fresh and DELICIOUS- EVERYTIME!š

Stopped in today to get my son some doughnuts and thought Iād give this place a try. Given such great reviews I figured I couldnāt go wrong. Well, when we walked in we were nicely greeted by the young man in the front. He was very patient and kind. However, another customer walked in and knew what she wanted so I told her to go ahead of us. It was at that point the lady comes out with some other assorted doughnuts and she greeted us. Once she greeted us, she asked if she could help us which I told I was getting a dozen and that the young man had already started my order. She grabs my order and then ask me what else I would like. As Iām deciding her body language is as if sheās getting impatient with me trying to decide my next flavor. So, I told her what other flavors I wanted and then asked what are their other popular flavors and she replied very dry āAll of our doughnuts are popularā. Not friendly at all!! Then when I asked how many doughnuts I had left to choose she replied in a way again as if she was getting annoyed and impatient. I got glazed for the remaining doughnuts but then when it was time to check out, she gives me the subtotal and not the actual total. Keep in mind Iāve read all the signage so Iām aware of the 4% for the use of the card. However, she didnāt once relay that to me or give me the actual total that included the charge. When I got the receipt, I saw the actual total and was pretty bothered that youād give me the subtotal rather than the actual total Iām paying. All of this alone has left a bad taste in my mouth and I donāt think Iāll be going back. Think Iāll just stick with Best Country Doughnuts in Forest Park because this wasnāt a pleasant experience AT ALL!! If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely wonāt be back! BTW the doughnuts were delicious but one bad service experience and itās one and done for me!!! Oh and the parking sucks, I had to park halfway down the plaza as the Dr. office next to them has designated parking spots which made it difficult to find something close without having to walk down. I will give them a 5 for cleanliness! I hope whomever is reading this review has a better experience than I had today! Thatās all thatās the post! Enjoy your weekend folks!!!

Update: the donuts are still very delicious, however the customer service has declined. They used to be so friendly and welcoming and now it's like to have attitude or act like they don't want to serve you. They're definitely not as friendly as they used to be.
Original: The bear claw with apples is so good! All the donuts are soft and fresh. The Thai tea is new to me, and I like it. My new favorite donut shop.

6AM on a sat slow to open. 5 to 10 min wait on simple glazed you got to be kidding. I understand this is one of them niche bistro type doughnut shops but you will NEVER get a single cent from me. I cannot fathom how a doughnut shop does not have the #1 best and most selling doughnut available right at opening time. The insult to the injury I waited 15 mins for them to open. . .
Such great customer service! Doughnuts are delicious, I recommend the blueberry cream cheese. I also got a really good smoothie. Only issue is they are very close to my home so Ill be there more than I need to be.

This spot is a must try. Trust me, it will become a favorite. They know exactly what they are doing when it comes to donuts! It's all in the dough. And they definitely hit the mark. Freshness, check. Texture, check. Flavors, check. They also have many other food items and beverages to choose from on their menu too! Savory to sweet. They have you covered. If you are indecisive, don't worry. The staff is exceptional and they will spend as much time needed with you to help you. They do not rush through interactions, and they provide warming, kind experience for you. They deserve the reviews. From my experiences, the 2 times I went there this week... Hands down, by far the best donuts in town!
Side note: Donuts are so delicious! They are too good that their selection does go fast. Be sure to go earlier than later.
