I am a frequent customer at the Miller alehouse but my last two experiences have not been the greatest. a month ago me and my fiancé ended up walking out because of the bad service at the bar. we returned last night for the first time and our food order was horrible. The zingers were cold And it’s like they slop barbecue sauce on the fingers and they put them and re warmed them or something, but they were hard. the ribs look like and taste like they’ve been cooked two days ago, Added some more sauce on them an RE warmed them. I ordered gray goose mule and I woke up with the worst headache in the middle of the night because I don’t believe it was grey goose that was in my drink , And only had one drink, but I feel horrible this morning and that usually happens when there’s cheap liquor involved. I will not visit this place again . Our server Nae was amazing. Didn’t want to complain about the food because I don’t believe in sending food back and having them remake it because the society we live in today there’s no telling what they would’ve done with the food.

My first time eating at Miller's Ale House was not a good experience. We went for my daughter's birthday and my brother in law and sister raved about how good this place was with the food and service. They said this night was unusual for them to be bad. My daughter was disappointed with her food and she was not impressed the Big Red sandwich. Our waitress was inattentive to us after receiving our food and gave me an attitude asking for more water, then I pointed to my daughter's water and before I could ask the waitress left. She brought my water, but didn't bring my daughter water and we ended up sharing. My poor brother in law waited on the last item we ordered as she put it on a plate when it was asked to go. The manager walked to the table asked about our service and we all looked at each other said the food was ok, then she walked away quickly. The hostess who greeted us at the door was super nice and friendly. I don't live locally and I usually give places a second chance, but I would need a different waitress next time. I watched other waiters and waitresses, they were more attentive to their tables.

It was a long wait to be seated even though it was an hour before closing and it. It also was a long wait until a wait staff person came to get our drink orders. Other than that it was good. The food was very good.

Today we visited the McDonough location Rick amazing and very personable. There was a mistake with or seating and he went above and beyond to make it right! Our waitress Iyana was the BOMB!!!! She was prompt, kind, kept up with our large party, patient with the kids, she never left us without, her spirit is beautiful!!! Who would have guessed she’d just started! Definitely a great asset! ? ?Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! Kid menu good!

Went there last weekend. Cheyenne was our server. Outstanding service and delicious food! Cheyenne was incredible. The mozzarella cheese sticks are out of this world good, and so is everything else tbh. We are hoping to go again as soon as we return to McDonough.
