Drink area TOTALLY DISGUSTING not clean ... it's clear staff doesn't clean nor sanitize that area. MILD SALSA EXPIRED/ROTTEN it was all prepackaged for takeout in the little cups its clear that was done intentionally. My whole meal just wasted Money wasted... will NEVER come again

Food was good but restaurant looked run down and had an odd smell coming from around the drink area. Employees were not very engaged but did their job. We hadnt been to this Moe's in years but our experience was much better in the past than it was this visit.

I went here for the first time and it was amazing experience the worker were so helpful especially these 2 people named Christian and Jonathan they made my experience 3 times better they made sure to get my order fast and they were very helpful on telling me what to choose since it was my first time the food tasted amazing I was very impressed and how helpful they both were since they look young but I would come back to here anytime and I recommend it

3/10/25 @6:20pm. This location is awful. No one even acknowledged us as we walked in. It's about 4 people working the front with no one in the line. We walked up to the counter and stood there waiting our turn, still no one said hello, we'll be with you or anything. When we asked the young lady if they were working she said yes and continued doing what she was doing. After letting her know a simple acknowledgment with we will be right with you would've been nice and shows good customer service. She still didn't say anything and continued to pick chicken off the counter. I walked you will not give poor customer service and I'm paying with my hard earned money. I left and will never be back.

I come here once a week and I always get a kids burrito, but it’s always this one girl on night shift who gives me a regular sized burrito. She looks of Hispanic descent. I always ask her if it’s a kids and she says yes, but when I get to the register I get charged for a regular sized burrito. I never eat the whole burrito. Sometimes I ignore it because it’s not that deep, but I’d rather not waste food. And sometimes she acts like I’m trying to tell her how to do her job and I don’t have time for that because other than that this location is a 10/10.

My girlfriend is pregnant and loves Moe’s I come all the time unfortunately today I came exactly at 9 and they were closed even though they don’t close until 10pm missing out on money heading to chipotle now
