As I have waited a year for these to come back you can imagine my disappointment when I looked in my bag! š Also upon eating the caramel apple cider one the middle is empty and it is supposed to be filled with caramel! These are too expensive not to be made properly!

Oh my god!! This was my first time ever visiting a bakery outside of Publix. I stopped in to grab a last minute cake for a birthday celebration. I settled on the red velvet. I am not a big sweets person but I do believe everyone should blow out candles š for their birthday. Anywho this cake was sooooooo good like omg. Not too sweet. The kids loved it! Something told me to try it! I did and I loved it. I know exactly where weāre getting cakes from in the future. ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

If I could give zero stars for the quality of the cakes, I would. The customer service was ok, but the cakes are not worth the drive for me. I got the oreo bundtlet and the raspberry lemon one and neither one of them were cooked all the way. I will never go back to this location.

Bought Cakes for a gift but were wet & soggy. The manager Patty did nothing to compensate. Said it was because of the humidity. Poor quality & service!
I came to this location to pick up a pre-order cake it was originally stated to be ready before my arrival, however when I got there to my dismay it wasnt. The place was packed and because of that they were running a bit behind on the order. The staff was amazing! I believe the woman who helped me was named Andy, if I'm mistaken I'm sorry. She gave an estimated wait time whiƧh was pretty spot on, and apologized for the delay she was extremely friendly yet professional. The customer service alone is a great reason to visit this location! My only complaint is based on personal taste, I wish there was a tad bit less icing that's it!
