Had order the ribs and the pork chop plate with mashed potatoes and steam broccoli. The ribs and the pork chop were not fresh. It was tough, and the server acknowledged that normally, they are supposed to fall off the bones. This time, it wasn't doing that, and you had to cut it with a knife, which made much it harder to do because they were stuff. The manager only took a little off the ticket instead of coming and acknowledged that the service off the food was awful. I wish I had taken pictures like I normally do. But I don't think I'm going back to this place again.

I haven't been here since before the pandemic. I was excited to be back, but alas. ?The disappointment was palpable.Gone are the scrumptious flavors. I ate because I was hungry. The "gravy" was sad.The saddest part was that I came for the pie, having missed free pie on Wednesday.I couldn't eat the peach cobbler. It was canned peaches, no seasons, under store bought cooked crust. ??? It tasted and smelled of vanilla. The staff was very friendly and accommodating... (Is that the correct word?)I don't enjoy giving negative reviews. My heart is sad because I won't return. We actually spoke about the cost of coming here before we made the decision to eat here. ?So, $55 later, I am sad I came. It would have been better to have lived with the memory of what it used to be. ?

This recipe needs to be updated and corrected. the pasta was spagetti, the cream sauce was very bland, even with extra seasoning it was just fair, and the chicken was okay until manager went to remake it and then this was tough. I had not been to O'Charley's in good while and now I know why. The childrens mini corn dogs were better than this. The hamburger was just ok and the frozen fries were not that good. For the price, the food was bland. The service was really good.

Good not nearly as good as my local O’Charley’s. They actually served me corn that had the bad kernels removed (cut off). I have never seen this done at a restaurant. The food was not prepared as well as it is locally.I normally have a rule when traveling to not stop at the restaurants that are not as busy as the others in the area. This dining experience supported me sticking to that rule in the future. All-in-all the value was still good, our server was good. Traces of wasted/spilled food on the carpet by the kitchen door, near the restroom. It was there when I entered and still there when I left 1 hour later. We had a sticky dining table, which can be caused by using too much soap and not rinsing ?

It's safe to say this place needs to just close the doors. The restaurant was nearly empty @ 7 on a Friday night. I remember loving O'Charleys. I haven't been to one in over a decade & apparently that's the last time this one had been cleaned. The table was stickier than the floor at the movie theater. The table top menus actually had ranch dressing fingerprints on them. My friend ordered a Michelob Ultra draft but the "spout ain't doin right" so she settled for a Bud Light. The server was a sweet young lady we rarely saw after she took the order. We ordered the Loaded Mac & Cheese Bowl & a Club Sandwich with a side salad. The cup of dressing for the salad was actually larger than salad. It actually had one HALF of a cucumber slice on it. The mac & cheese was definitely loaded... with grease. Luckily, they still have yeast rolls, which were definitely the highlight of the meal. The beer finally showed up after we got the food. It was warmer than the bread. This trip down memory lane was a complete bust. There's plenty of dining options on that exit. Pick ANY other.

Sad... I once considered O'Charley's to be among the best of the Bristol style Restaurants. They had fresh cut chicken strips that were outstanding, fresh cut steaks that compared to expensive steak houses, and excellent Salmon options. No longer. Their corporate management should be embarrassed. They've settled for mediocrity.

Delicious food & great service! But, the restroom was pretty gross ?FOOD: The cedar plank salmon, YUM, was recommended by our waitress who was super personable & friendly. The Chicken Salad, which was substituted with medium-rare steak, was cooked perfectly ❤️. The chicken tenders, fries & rolls were scrumptious as always.WOMEN’S RESTROOM:-One stall was out of order (not uncommon)-Another stall had a broken lock & broken purse/coat hanger.-The only other stall that was working had a very dirty floor around the toilet (probably urine) making my shoes stick and something white splattered on the walls. The soap dispenser was broken, mirrors are obviously old & deteriorating, door handle made me not want to grab it (I used paper towels), the paper towel dispenser has a layer of thick dust like the wall paneling and the ceiling tiles have some black (mold?) on them and dropped water onto my arm. The positives were the vibrant flowers and working paper towel dispensers but definitely would not go back in there unless deep cleaned or it was an emergency.

I've never had a bad experience with O'Charley's, but this experience was not good. The chicken fingers were fried hard. The waitress forgot to bring me my broccoli, and we also had to remind her about our drinks. I was very disappointed with the food and service.

The food was warm not hot. The shrimp and crab cakes were overcooked. Tomatoes foor burgers were cut to thick. Waitress was gone too and offered refills as we were ready to leave. Restaurant was too cold.

Really love ordering from you guys, I am a frequent customer but recently was informed only one roll of bread comes now with each entree in door dash orders. It used to be two. Called to request another but the lady said it would be 29 cents per extra roll. But we both acknowledged there is no option on door dash to order extra individual rolls only a pack of like 8. I asked if I could add it to my order and pay over phone, not an option either. There was no solution offered until I asked to speak to manager to get to a solution. Lady was nice enough to throw me an extra roll this time but I want to let corporate know if they see this, bring the extra roll back or make individual extra rolls an add on in your door dash app. Especially if I’m paying more now with cost going up. Rolls seem to be abundant in the store sit down dining so to cut down on dine out rolls seems ?. Thank you for hearing my concerns.

I just want to say thank you to the manager, Aaron. Me and my boyfriend and I were there eating, and we had to send our food back 2 times because it was the wrong thing and hair in my food. Our food was replaced and comped. Our server was very sweet as well, and we left a cash tip for the struggle. The food the manager brought out after all that was delicious. All around, great management and sweet servers. The cooks might need a little work, but practice makes perfect. I'm a cook myself. Although it took a long time to get our food, we appreciated it.

This place has the kindest, most competent manager of any restaurant I've been to in the state!. I say she may be manager but it seems like she does just about everything. If there's any problem at all she promptly solves it. There just doesn't seem to be anywhere else that has any employees like this one⁶. She surprisingly shocked my entire family..Her name...I feel awful because I lost the receipt.. but my kids insist her name was either Patricia, Trish...or Trisha...My family and extended family were treated so well by this person that we really want to accurately give the credit due to this particular person.i don't know if she was out for a awhile for personal reasons or what..but we went back recently and to our pleasure she was back . To be greeted by her with that infectious smile ..wow..This kind of service will insure that we along with the other 5 families I've recommended will continue to eat here. My family was going through a rough patch some time ago & she just.....she caused us to feel good and made our entire week better! So refreshing to know that there are individuals still working in the service industry like this very bright , down to Earth, understanding...just all around wonderful person. The next visit we are pooling our resources together and will be sure to give her a huge tip..It's the least we can do. God bless you for having the good sense to retain this wonderful employee and God bless you, mam! You have made this our new FAVORITE restaurant. Whoever, the owner or general manager is - We all ask to please do whatever is needed to hold onto this young lady! She is a great rarity!! Thanks again mam and O, Charley's! ???
