Shayla was very quick with her service, always filling our water immediately and being very nice to both me and my partner.
She asked if we needed anything multiple times and answered any questions we had.

We've been eating at this Olive Garden for many years and it's always a good experience. Today was over-the-top fabulous. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was excellent - smiles, helpful, knowledgeable - we truly felt welcomed. Our server, Shaday, was so nice and helped make menu choices that were outstanding. Zeke (them manager?) came by a few minutes after we were seated and had ordered, and again when we were finished. When he asked if there was anything else he could do, Husband said, sure, you can help me with the machine while you're here. And of course he was happy to. Thank you, Olive Garden McDonough!

Server's attention for our table was nothing less than horrible. We received the food drinks but never had any flatware. When asked for them she had no idea what they were.
She had to refer to a coworker.
We're never asked if refills were wanted
I'm not sure if she was distracted by something else or requires additional training either way it was a very disappointed lunch 😕

I tried the new steak and shrimp meal. The steak tasted off. A few minutes later I was running to the bathroom regurgitating my food. The manager came out and told me that I just couldn’t handle the spice in the dish. She proceeded to argue with me. She came out with an attitude and was argumentative from the moment she walked up. I wasn’t mad until she told me I just couldn’t handle spice. I grow my own peppers 😤

Food poisoning. We think it was the beef in the Bucatini pasta as it tasted weird. Our server Chris was great and all the other food was good. The manager was a bit rude though. Bernette I think was her name, she implied that my mom throwing up from food poisoning was her own fault and asked her if she “just couldn’t handle the spice.” We told her we grow our own peppers and regularly eat spicy food, but the manager kept doubling down and insisting it was the spice tolerance instead of their food. At the very least she gave us ginger ale for compensation but come on now.

Awesome. Salad had too many sliced raw onions, which was overpowering. Breadsticks were a bit had but excellent service all around. Pasta was great

We went for my wifes birthday, the two servers were absolutely amazing. We also had children with our large party and the two servers made sure the kids had there food first. The servers kept our drinks filled and the food came out of the kitchen, in great timing and the food was hot and the presentation was good also. We will diffently be coming back.

So thankful for the staff and the management specially Ronisha ( fanmim) who went above and beyond to gave me in outstanding services and to the manager Nichole Hennings, who took the time to hear me and show her my appreciation for the service and ambiance that my family was showered too… will be back soon

Well I tried to do the soup salad and breadsticks but all the soups with all those beans in it I couldn't do it so I just had salad and breadsticks and then I ordered my favorite tiramisu and then I wasn't feeling well I was with my swim teachers having lunch enjoying the day and I forgot to pay so the boss man and our server follow us outside and the boss man says to me I think you forgot to pay or it must have declined your card he was very rude and I don't appreciate it when you could have just stepped to me while I was in the restaurant to get it done yep I am done with this particular Olive garden learn how to speak to disabled people better supposed to be boss man

My husband and I ordered two chicken alfredo entrees and only received one entree! Now they realized their mistake and called us, but by then my husband was already half the way home and didn’t want to go back in the traffic, so we asked them to simply refund one of the entrees! As of the next day, we had not received said refund, so I called and spoke to the manager! He told me he was very busy and would return my call later, which he never did and we have also never received a refund!

All around great meal. Their spicy angel-hair spaghetti is to die for. Adding sausage as an option made it even better.
