Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It was an unwelcoming atmosphere today. We had a Caucasian waitress. She was very inattentive, rude, and dismissive. She kept going to the older Caucasian couple to check on them, while we were not receiving the same service. I hate to use racism to describe unfair treatment, but this is exactly what it was. Samantha was her name. 🤮🤮

This location has an amazing staff all of the ladies are so welcoming and sweet! The manager was very accommodating and front house staff just awesome!

We visited this restaurant recently and the waiting time was reasonable. The food was delicious and served fresh. We ordered the never-ending soup, salad, and breadsticks, along with rotini with five-cheese marinara sauce and raspberry lemonade. Everything tasted great. I would recommend Olive Garden to anyone looking for a good Italian dining experience.

The food was fresh and very tasty. Jeremiah is an excellent server, thank you! Would have liked more Italian music to set the atmosphere but overall this location is excellent!

The food was delicious. I have not been to this location in years as the service had gotten bad but I was surprised at how clean and wonderful everything was.

The food was plentiful and delicious. I purchased the Taste of Italy. The meal was purchased as a carry out. It came with bread sticks and a large salad. Great deal. Was able to portion into 2 large meals.

First I was a big fan of Olive Garden up until 4 years ago. Now it's an expensive place that has horrible service, The food is not good, and to top it all off the price is extreme. Went to Olive Garden in McDonough Georgia on a Saturday night at 6:00 p.m. we had no wait. Hum this doesn't sound good.
I really like Italian food when I can find a good restaurant. This is just a big corporate store trying to sell you Italian food. There is nothing Italian about it.

We usually have a good experience here, but today was not one of them. We were seated promptly, but once seated, we waited 20 minutes for a server. Finally, I got up, went to the front, and actually had to take some time to be acknowledged. When Jacob actually looked in my direction, I told him what was happening. He didn't even apologize or look in my direction. He got a coworker to tell the server she had a table without saying one word to me. As a woman, I'm pretty disgusted by how little I was being heard or seen. Jacob needs to be in a different profession cause customer service ain't for him... And he also walked past our table several times and didn't notice we had been there so long without service

Server had a very passive aggressive attitude from the start, stole my coworker’s drink and threw it away without letting her know first. Manager said nothing regarding her behavior.
