We've been eating at this Olive Garden for many years and it's always a good experience. Today was over-the-top fabulous. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was excellent - smiles, helpful, knowledgeable - we truly felt welcomed. Our server, Shaday, was so nice and helped make menu choices that were outstanding. Food poisoning. We think it was the beef in the Bucatini pasta as it tasted weird. Our server Chris was great and all the other food was good. The manager was a bit rude though. Bernette I think was her name, she implied that my mom throwing up from food poisoning was her own fault and asked her if she “just couldn’t handle the spice.” We told her we grow our own peppers and regularly eat spicy food, but the manager kept doubling down and insisting it was the spice tolerance...
