They took copies of my son's social and driver's license information TWICE, his work based learning application, told him the Hiring Mgr would call with training info and schedule, and then proceeded to not hire him despite taking his personal info. Let me first say, the good was fine. The customer service was disrespectful. I didn’t get the name of the person that took my order. They never said hello, how can I assist you today….she/he just walked to the opposite counter and looked at me. I placed my order and handed her a cash payment. At that time he/she yelled out Ms Carolyn looked at this I don’t think this is real. Ms Carolyn proceeds ti take the $5 bill snd says loudly it don’t look right or feel right. She takes away from the cashier and walks away. Leaves me standing there????? In the meantime, the guest whom are eating are looking around to see what’s going to happen next. Ms Carolyn comes back a few minutes later, to the cashier its ok. Never an apology.
All this extra drama over some bagels
As a business owner myself ,this it totally unacceptable behavior. I love the restaurant ,but I will NOT spend another $ this location if these 2 individuals are working the counter

I was in the drive through line for 29 minutes. I spent 10 minutes waiting to place the order and another 15 minutes waiting for the order. I ordered 2 salads. At one point it didn’t even look like anyone was making the salads. Their health score was an 80 and there also seemed to be short staffing. Overall it was not a great experience. Additionally, just the day before they were out of romaine lettuce. Just poor service overall but the salads were good.

This used to be a really good pickup location. However, the last time I went in it was horrid. I was ignored for 5 minutes by the worker behind the counter as I stood there with my hot bag. The order said "Complete" when I walked in on the screen. So, when she finally decided to help me, she said it was not completed and made me wait even longer about 4 minutes or so.. Finally, she came back and said it would be another 10-15 minutes? Like I said, I've been picking up here many, many times, and this was the worst service. I will not be accepting gig orders to this location again. It is really sad, because I had repeat customers and good tips for this restaurant!!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 sets of doors, I recommend coming with a friend who could help you with access. The aisles are small, especially the pickup counter, and the counter is high at pickup, it would be nearly impossible for someone in a wheelchair.

I ordered delivery online. My sandwich was completely missing the chicken. It had all veggies. I called the store. They told me I could come back. They will remake it. I get to the store. They’re unaware who I am. What’s going on unorganized they gave me my sandwich still wrong, it’s almost like they couldn’t read the screen. The bread was hard as a brick my soup tasted like cheese water with broccoli!!! They put so much spring mix I could have made a side salad for two people, smh only thing I could say was ok was the customer service a bit slow but yet still wrong.

I have given this panara bread 5 tries in the last year, and every time they are by far the worst, the order has not once been correct. The staff is unapologetic and downright rude they are always out of half their menu, and to top it all off, the store is dirty. The bathrooms were so bad that they were unusable to some up. I'd say this place sucks but they would need improvement to suck.
