We used the app, order 12:57 using rapid pick up, within mins we were notified there would be a delay.
At 1:17 we were notified it was ready, so my husband goes to grab and nothing is there. He was told it would be coming out.
He checked again, same response.
It's just before 2 and we find out our food was sitting in back the entire time.
Cold soup and soggy salad 😞

It is sad that no one even felt bad about the bad service but we won't be missed, and neither will they!

Exceptional Service from Nali!

My experience at Panera Bread today was made even better thanks to Nali. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a kind smile and a welcoming attitude. Nali was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful as we took a little time to figure out what we wanted. What truly stood out was her professionalism and grace — the customer before us was noticeably rude, yet Nali remained calm, positive, and respectful throughout the interaction.

She didn’t let their attitude affect the energy of the space, and she still gave us her full attention and great service. It’s rare to find team members who can balance efficiency with empathy, but Nali truly exemplified both. She’s a bright light and a real asset to the Panera team.

Thank you, Nali, for going above and beyond!

Beware of letting your teen interview here!!! They took copies of my son's social and driver's license information TWICE, his work based learning application, told him the Hiring Mgr would call with training info and schedule, and then proceeded to not hire him despite taking his personal info. This is shady business practice!!!

I had a baby with me and the staff went above and beyond beyond. They were so kind. After taking my order and smiling at the baby, the staff brought my food to my table, along with condiments in case I needed them. I’m very appreciative of the kind and generous staff!

Waited over 5 minutes for cashier. Restaurant only had a few customers. Managers were in the kitchen. Older lady got pissed when I asked for a fork. She looks at me as if I’m serious
And points at the bin that holds all the unwrapped with plastic were. Where all customers puts their hands in. That was filthy with dust and don’t know what else. Waited a long time to get our food. Both managers are always on ready to cuss someone out. Attitudes.

I was blown away by the customer service each time I visited this Panera :-) absolute top notch and the coffee was fresh and hot and stood up to my scrutiny, lol. Multiple staff members greeted me and were on top of the creamers and everything was stocked. The bathroom was also clean. I tipped double what I normally do 💜

Edit: I forgot I reviewed this Panera 2 months ago, but they continually blow me away. This is the first time the sips membership seems like VIP status, Amy always has my cup ready and lets me skip the line. This is the best Panera in the Metro ATL area
