It’s rare to get a delivery and it’s piping hot cheese melting and sliding and pulling the way those pizzas did Sunday!! Man that pizza was a great representation of pap John’s. Just went to pick up my pizza and they burnt them all they tasted burnt and I order 3 and all of them had burnt on them so disappointed we had to eat them cause we were hungry and it was kind a far to go back

Ordered from this location twice within a month and both times have been horrible. They use delivery services and the first order was sent by a driver who didn’t want to tell me how much the order was and seemed noticeably under the influence. This go round we found a hair in our pizza. No apology at all given. Just asked what color the hair was and said they can remake the pizza. Saying we ordered two pizzas and said we could get a refund for the one that had a hair in it. Who would want to continue to eat any food that came from here when you found hair in an item prepared in the same kitchen!!! Will not order from here again. The food is obviously a complete miss and they have horrible customer service jf you can even call it that.
The 2 liter soda they bought me was flat and the pizza was mediocre at best. Definitely won't be ordering from them any time soon. And since when did black pepper come on pizza? Maybe I'm missing something!!! Nope!!! Would've been better off going to Costco, Sam's, or BJ's for a way better pizza and soda than this overpriced trash!!!!

Apparently they are incapable of getting a pizza right. I ordered a pizza last night and it wasn't correct and it was ice cold. So I got a replacement pizza today. This time it was completely wrong and no one called to say it has been delivered at the front desk. I'm staying in a hotel. I've been waiting for over an hour. And yes again the pizza was ice cold. So I called back to tell them not to bother and the woman said it had been sent out. I asked her what was on it and again it was incorrect. WTH!! Yes the third pizza was wrong as well!! Seriously you guys suck!
