Be careful about giving them directions. I was a quarter mile away from said location. The hotel was right down the street. I gave them the name of hotel and room number. Make a long story short I ordered at 8:30 and got my pizza at 10:30. I would’ve canceled the order, but I ordered online with a credit card. They sent the driver somewhere to exit up to some crazy address that I never gave them. I simply told him I was at the hotel adjacent to them in the same parking lot room 710 and they blew it

The store had forgotten our 2 liter soda, and I dreaded contacting the store since customer service is so scarce now. However, I am so glad I called the store because I was able to interact with Sebastian. This young man was nothing short than friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I could hear his smile over the phone. I was beyond impressed with how he ensured that a driver would come and deliver our drink that we didn't receive. Ebony, his manager was also amazing, positive and professional as well, and I can tell she genuinely appreciates and cares for her team. I am grateful that I switched my family from Domino's Pizza to Papa Johns and plan to convert others to this amazing organization as well. Thank you for being wonderful from your taste and your service.

Time and time again, the pizza is really bad. There is one time where there was an older man working by himself and my pizza was made perfectly and very good, but I don’t see him often. If the younger people are on staff, the pizza is likely to be straight trash. The last time I ordered I asked for double the meat since this location barely puts toppings on the pizza, I was charged for double the meat and still only got like 3 pieces of meat on each slice. The pizza is thinner than it used to be also. Just a mess! I used to love Papa John’s, but they have really gone down hill.

i ordered through uber eats, however it was a bit later so there was a bit of a wait on the food. it took about an hour for a delivery person to get there which was fine. once i got the pizza, i found out some parts of it was just raw dough. the pizza was at the store for at least an hour so to receive a pizza with raw dough is just ridiculous. i have ordered from this store multiple times and i have never came into this issue, but as a business your BIGGEST concern should be your food. will not purchase from this specific papa johns again.

By far the absolute worst experience with Papa John’s ever. We ordered our pizza online and was given a delivery time. Once I realized that the pizza was never delivered I looked on the app to see that it was cancelled by the store. I had to place another order to get my pizza, I then called the customer service number to complain. Was told I would get a call to rectify the matter in 48 hrs. Didn’t receive the call so I followed up with them, the rep stated that I would have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. I was also informed that for the inconvenience, that I have an in-store credit. When I called the store to redeem my store credit the clerk was nice but the manager was very nasty to me, at first the manager didn’t want to honor the store credit, I calmly explained to them that it was a huge inconvenience and this mistake was something that wasn’t our fault I had to pay twice that night, they didn’t even notify us on why they cancelled our order. Although I was still calm, The manager started yelling at me that the corporate customer service reps shouldn’t have told me that I had a store credit and they can’t do that, so as she was still yelling she decided to provide the credit and charged me for the drink. I paid for the drink over the phone, once the delivery guy came he was trying to say I never paid. I had to show him proof and he still looked at me and was saying I didn’t pay. Can’t make this stuff up. This store definitely makes Papa John’s establishment look very unprofessional and ghetto smh.

The guy behind the counter was licking his finger when I walked in so disgusting thankfully he did not handle my food he hopped right on the register to ring me up I used my card so he didn’t have to handle anything of mine but he did hand someone their Pizza that came in behind me. Just disgusting! And he was playing music out loud on his cell phone with a hoodie and backpack on. Oh and my pizza cheese wasn’t thoroughly melted.
We ordered on the papa’s app and it was delivered through door dash. The delivery driver never knocked on the door and just left it outside in the cold rain. When I called the store the manager said “after it leaves the store with door dash it’s out of my hands”. They chose to use door dash, not me. I will not be ordering from here again and if you need to make sure to only do carry out.

Eboni the gm there is absolutely obnoxious. Rude tone. Refuses to help people in the phone. Rude to her employees and customers. With other stores not even 15 mins up the road, I don't see why people still go here.
