By far the absolute worst experience with Papa John’s ever. We ordered our pizza online and was given a delivery time. Once I realized that the pizza was never delivered I looked on the app to see that it was cancelled by the store. I had to place another order to get my pizza, I then called the customer service number to complain. Was told I would get a call to rectify the matter in 48 hrs. Didn’t receive the call so I followed up with them, the rep stated that I would have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. I was also informed that for the inconvenience, that I have an in-store credit. When I called the store to redeem my store credit the clerk was nice but the manager was very nasty to me, at first the manager didn’t want to honor the store credit, I calmly explained to them that it was a huge inconvenience and this mistake was something that wasn’t our fault I had to pay twice that night, they didn’t even notify us on why they cancelled our order. Although I was still calm, The manager started yelling at me that the corporate customer service reps shouldn’t have told me that I had a store credit and they can’t do that, so as she was still yelling she decided to provide the credit and charged me for the drink. I paid for the drink over the phone, once the delivery guy came he was trying to say I never paid. I had to show him proof and he still looked at me and was saying I didn’t pay. Can’t make this stuff up. This store definitely makes Papa John’s establishment look very unprofessional and ghetto smh.

The guy behind the counter was licking his finger when I walked in so disgusting thankfully he did not handle my food he hopped right on the register to ring me up I used my card so he didn’t have to handle anything of mine but he did hand someone their Pizza that came in behind me. Just disgusting! And he was playing music out loud on his cell phone with a hoodie and backpack on. Oh and my pizza cheese wasn’t thoroughly melted.

We ordered on the papa’s app and it was delivered through door dash. The delivery driver never knocked on the door and just left it outside in the cold rain. When I called the store the manager said “after it leaves the store with door dash it’s out of my hands”. They chose to use door dash, not me. I will not be ordering from here again and if you need to make sure to only do carry out.

Eboni the gm there is absolutely obnoxious. Rude tone. Refuses to help people in the phone. Rude to her employees and customers. With other stores not even 15 mins up the road, I don't see why people still go here.

When you have a cashier and manager yelling at you I think it’s enough.. Everytime I order I get extra cheese & extra three cheese, I also get well done. The rolls are always more well done than our pizza. Also the extra cheese is just never there ever. When you say something to the team you just get attitude or your pizza remade like the first picture. The customer service and disrespect from the cashier down to the white female manager should be studied. It’s obvious they are use to giving out food that looks like this. The pictures below are pictures of the last 5 orders I’ve order whenever they are present. Names are never presented so I wouldn’t know. I just know they hate their jobs. I can tell by the food.

By far one of the worst establishments ever. I understand no one wants to work but this location might as well get robots in there. I’ve orders from this location multiple times due to it being close to my home and every time my experience gets worse and worse. They sent uncooked pizza with hair in it to me via delivery then when I try to call and complain about it the manager name Nicki said that there’s nothing she can do and hung up on my face. On a second incident I had a pizza delivered to my that had the receipt inside my box touching my pizza with the entire pizza still uncut and BURNT. I call again to complain and get the same manager Nicki who yet again says there is nothing she can do and yet again rudely hangs up in my face. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone you’re better off going to the competition because clearly these people are just there to kill the clock. This is a terrible representation of Papa John’s .

My family orders from this location all the time. I ordered for delivery last night since i had surgery 2 days ago and have 2 small kids and after 1.5 hours I called to ask about my food. First I was told it was delivered which it wasn’t, then she said it’ll be there in 2 minutes. Ten minutes later I got a call from door dash driver saying someone else already picked it up. THEN I called the store back and the manager was very rude, saying it was delivered. She said they’d make new pizzas and send it for delivery. She wouldn’t give any sort of credit, refund, or compensation. She was super rude during the whole conversation and even more when I asked for a refund. My money still hasn’t been refunded and we got no pizza ??
