Food is always yummy, fresh and well made. The service is amazing I’ve never had a problem and I’ve been going for years. If you’ve never been here it’s definitely worth going!!!

Sub par, McDonough just needs more options for Pho. Cute parking lot location but, needs more options for people who don’t want huge portions.
I had a horrible experience. I don’t even leave reviews however I have also never had any service this bad. This was my first time trying Pho ever and I was excited to try it. Of course I had questions and that seemed to bother my server. I made him aware I never had it before and he was not helpful at all. I would never recommend this place.

Regarding
Server: ( Tony )
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your establishment.
Upon arriving at your restaurant, I was unexpectedly rushed for my order, despite the absence of other patrons in line or within the dining area. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and unpleasant, which significantly impacted my overall experience.
I was on the verge of leaving the restaurant without receiving my food, but I was deterred by the considerable distance I had traveled. However, I was determined to complete my meal and avoid wasting my time.
Upon receiving my food, I approached the counter to inquire about the order. Unfortunately, the only response I received was for the employee to point at my food and then walk away without addressing my concerns.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by your staff. I will not be returning to your establishment and will not recommend it to my acquaintances.

As a Pho lover, plseeeeessss go find another place… not fresh sprouts, pho soggy, plain soup flavor, chicken wings the skin was crispy, inside was dry, not too bad.. pork in spicy pho was extremely dry, hard and smelly, threw away..

This was my 1st visit since before COVID. I had the chicken phó and it had decent flavor. It didn't taste like my usual place in Decatur but it was good. The restaurant is just ok as far as ambiance and it was a little cold in my opinion. The waiter's were not talkative but they got job done. I'm indifferent but I would come back for a to go order if I was craving phó.

Stay away people do not support people that is not for you, spend your money at a different pho spot. The skinny Vietnamese man is very rude. People post a bad review about him before. I remember him from a Clayton county pho shop he was rude then. Telling my family to tip very well because the restaurant stayed open for us, cause it was the last hours of the night we were not the only people in the restaurant how inconsiderate to say Comments and concerns like that will Not help your customer service. Even when you say thank you to him he just looked at you no acknowledgment and he has a mean mug on his face I whole time. It’s sad because me being Asian I want to support my local Asian small businesses due to this man negativity I will not support this business no longer someone told me he is the owner now.
The man with the hat is very rude. And you have a good day as well.

If you’re looking for a light yet tasty vegan pho this is your place. The veggie pho comes with noodles, fried & raw onions, bok choy, broccoli, and tofu.
I didn’t like the tofu…it was overcooked/bland which is why I ordered extra broccoli and bok choy on the side (steamed just right, but could use a little more seasoning). Overall the pho was delicious. I added sriracha and chili oil to spicy it up!

The food here is excellent! The pho is very flavorful, light, yet filling. The food is great for hangovers, recovering from stomach bugs, shaking off the winter chill, or when you're looking for comfort food. My only complaint is that you only get 2 egg rolls for $6, another pho restaurant offers 3 for $6. So paying $12 for 4 egg rolls hurt my feelings a little bit. Other than that it's a great little restaurant tucked away in the heart of McDonough.
