I gave one star because the orders are always wrong. They don't put enough suace on their pizza or wings. I had to sit in a parking lot for an hour for my pizza a second time. After all the waiting I went back home with another dry pizza. I love pizza so I'm upset.

I’ve been a customer for YEARS and the attitude Miss Mya gave tonight on 1/31 was HORRIBLE. She was distasteful and was too busy worrying about her headphones on her head which shouldn’t even be allowed because that’s the reason she wasn’t answering the phone because she couldn’t hear. She tossed my food on the counter even the customers behind me couldn’t believe it I asked her for my Parmesan I paid for her response was “we don’t have that” so I asked for a refund then all miraculously she was able to get some Parmesan from under her cashier this place is a joke never again.

Too over a hour for the delivery, not a big deal, but the pizza looked like they slapped it together, cheese is missing on half of the pizza the wings wasn't tossed in the sauce just disappointing all around

Lack of customer service. Food was not ready when stated online that it was. Pizza looked a day old. Bread sticks were a week old, they just lathered them up with basil and butter. Boneless wings were something that could've been store bought with little sauce on them. Last time getting anything from there.

It’s something when an employee has a nasty attitude at 10:30 in the morning. Baby, I understand you may have some things going on and life may be a tad bit hard, but put your best face forward, smile, and make the best of it all. We’re all dealing with something. All that to say, don’t have a funky attitude when you’re dealing with the public and around my food. You miss out on a lot when you’re nasty towards people. And had the audacity to not make it the way I requested. But I smiled and kept it moving.

Was craving some good ol”Pizza Hut and got disappointed. I walked into the restaurant with one guy waiting and no one at the front counter. But noticed the workers in the back playing and running around. A young man had dropped a pizza on the floor and they all was laughing. I overheard her say pick it up and put it back in. I’m still at the counter waiting for about 6mins. Until a young lady came to the front with two nose piercings and rudely say picking up… And I’m looking at her with a frown on her face like I was disturbing her. I said no I’m placing she returned rudely and said ur name. Not may I have your name or can I have a name. I had to just say hold on and I thought about it and just walked out. Customer Service is very important in hospitality. I. Which it was not given. I should’ve know cause the score is a 86. But I will never go there again. They all need to be retrained or fired.

Love Pizza Hut but every time we try to give them a chance it’s a horrible experience. Ordered online pick up. Medium pan pizza and 8 boneless wings. Pizza not even covered in cheese. Over half the pizza had no cheese and the boneless wings were suppose to be honey bbq and barely covered in sauce. Total waste of money.
What happened to Pizzahut? I had to throw my pan pizza in the trash. It had a weird taste; like it was old. I should have known because when I picked it up the place was filthy. Never again!

Stood in line for over TEN MINUTES just to be ignored my food was ready. A young black girl didn’t even acknowledge me was on the phone taking orders. Could’ve said hey give me one moment she looked up rolled her eyes and said nothing. A white mam and two black men came up to the front looked at me said nothing. Continued to do it TWO TIMES. And the black man went on his phone right were I could see him and just stared at me. Do better no one said anything until another black man came in behind me then I was acknowledged, I contemplated on being confrontational since I didn’t know how anyone would react so I stood there , this just happened 2 minutes ago I just left. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO BETTER!!!

They have a very low standard for food quality and presentation at this location. I would not recommend ordering from here. I have no doubt you will see what I mean if you do decide to not take my warning. The manager is more concerned with being a super thug than rectifying the issue. Their overall rating is already bad so I know I’m not the only one. If leadership changes aren’t made soon. I can see another store operating that space in the near future.

Went back a few weeks after years of not going due to terrible service and inaccurate orders. My first visit was SUPER. Great pizza, accurate orders, on time.
Tonight was the opposite end of spectrum. Ordered the same thing. Drove to the store, waited a little.
Checked receipt, looked good. Got home and they sent one totally wrong pizza. Pepperoni, tomatoes, peppers, etc.
Called store, explained what happened and that I wanted a credit. Rudely told me they do not issue credits and my only option was to return to the store and have pizza remade. So, THEY screw up, I have to make another trip, wait while pizza is remade, leaving one pizza at home getting cold.
No thanks. There are other places around who will better appreciate my business.
Kid-friendliness: no dine in not conducive to kids.
