I order pizzas (4 large) with the apps at 1 hours 30 minutes when I arrive to take my order they told me, we cancelled your order without call me or email me, this is a big mistake, no one told sorry or anything like that

I had ordered multiple times from this location, and every single time is the same(unfortunately that’s on me) waiting 45+ minutes after the order was supposed to be completed. They put on the screen that the orders are ready when they’re not.(probably so corporate don’t find out) You can hear the music playing loudly in the back, whoever is in charge repeating the orders over and over, seems like no one what they are doing. Phones ringing and no one answering them either. You can see ppl in the back wearing headphones, not wearing gloves. This is absolutely ridiculous

Literally only put 1 star because I couldn’t put 0!!! Placed order through DoorDash for pick up, was notified the order was ready got there and she stated they didn’t have any orders in my name. So either it was given away or they are just marking orders as finished and not doing them. She was on her personal phone talking and just dismissed me after she stated “I don’t have nothing in that name” let her know I was at the correct address and all. She just walked away. Got in contact with DoorDash they tried calling the store and no one answered once again because she was on her personal phone yapping away. Why only 1 or 2 people work in this location? Every time I go here it’s an issue. Won’t be back.
I ordered a pizza and never received it . They sent it through a third party company and never delivered. I called to get refunded and nobody ever answers the phone . I wrote the chat on their website and still haven’t received any information about my order or my full refund.

I gave one star because the orders are always wrong. They don't put enough suace on their pizza or wings. I had to sit in a parking lot for an hour for my pizza a second time. After all the waiting I went back home with another dry pizza. I love pizza so I'm upset.

I’ve been a customer for YEARS and the attitude Miss Mya gave tonight on 1/31 was HORRIBLE. She was distasteful and was too busy worrying about her headphones on her head which shouldn’t even be allowed because that’s the reason she wasn’t answering the phone because she couldn’t hear. She tossed my food on the counter even the customers behind me couldn’t believe it I asked her for my Parmesan I paid for her response was “we don’t have that” so I asked for a refund then all miraculously she was able to get some Parmesan from under her cashier this place is a joke never again.
Too over a hour for the delivery, not a big deal, but the pizza looked like they slapped it together, cheese is missing on half of the pizza the wings wasn't tossed in the sauce just disappointing all around

Lack of customer service. Food was not ready when stated online that it was. Pizza looked a day old. Bread sticks were a week old, they just lathered them up with basil and butter. Boneless wings were something that could've been store bought with little sauce on them. Last time getting anything from there.

It’s something when an employee has a nasty attitude at 10:30 in the morning. Baby, I understand you may have some things going on and life may be a tad bit hard, but put your best face forward, smile, and make the best of it all. We’re all dealing with something. All that to say, don’t have a funky attitude when you’re dealing with the public and around my food. You miss out on a lot when you’re nasty towards people. And had the audacity to not make it the way I requested. But I smiled and kept it moving.

Was craving some good ol”Pizza Hut and got disappointed. I walked into the restaurant with one guy waiting and no one at the front counter. But noticed the workers in the back playing and running around. A young man had dropped a pizza on the floor and they all was laughing. I overheard her say pick it up and put it back in. I’m still at the counter waiting for about 6mins. Until a young lady came to the front with two nose piercings and rudely say picking up… And I’m looking at her with a frown on her face like I was disturbing her. I said no I’m placing she returned rudely and said ur name. Not may I have your name or can I have a name. I had to just say hold on and I thought about it and just walked out. Customer Service is very important in hospitality. I. Which it was not given. I should’ve know cause the score is a 86. But I will never go there again. They all need to be retrained or fired.
This pizza hut is terrible, manager is very much a joke himself he is very unprofessional and nonchalant when the mistake and inconvenience is on them 10/10 i would not recommend this place even if this was the last place open keep driving don’t stop here!!!!!!!!!!!
