Lack of customer service. Food was not ready when stated online that it was. Pizza looked a day old. Bread sticks were a week old, they just lathered them up with basil and butter. Boneless wings were something that could've been store bought with little sauce on them. Last time getting anything from there.

I ordered some dinner and was quoted 25 minutes for it to be ready. 50 minutes later, it was ready. The food was prepared well and tasted as expected. It just took much longer than expected.

The food is good when it is prepared as ordered. I’ve had good orders but I’ve had more orders that were incorrect than correct. When waiting on them to make the missing item(s), the correctly prepared items are never kept in the warmer. Of course it’s cold by the time the missing items are cooked. The staff seems to acknowledge Delivery Drivers (door dash/uber etc) as soon as they enter no matter how long an ordering customer has been waiting to be acknowledged. This has...
